CAUTION/PSA: Innacurate Listing, Dishonest Location, Health & Safety Hazards, Endless Issues.
Take the $ you’d spend on this property & light it on fire-you’ll get more out of it Contrary to listing, this property is NOWHERE near Grace Bay Beach or a short walk from the major high street/restaurants/shops. You are a 20min walk along rural, unlit, broken roads from that advertised area. Enjoy carrying beach gear 1km+ along dusty, pot-hole roads in the sweltering Caribbean sun. The location is deliberate fraud - charging you comparable prices to beachfront accomms/resorts whereas accomms in the actual vicinity are a fraction of the price If driving, get comprehensive insurance as cars incur significant body/undercarriage damage on the “road” leading to the property 2 star motel quality: Unit reeks of cigarette smoke & mold. After complaining, mgmt sprayed Febreeze & left a damp bucket. Neither made a difference to the air quality/our headaches. Filthy floors, stained sheets, damage to walls, had to clean pool ourselves. Broken fridge-Mgmt sent mechanic who got it running but it was filthy & smelled so couldn’t use it Broken dishwasher (never worked) There were sharp building materials strewn about the exterior - a hazard for our young children Power would go out at this property only (we confirmed that all the neighbors still had power). Took mgmt ~1hr to respond. Couldn’t leave property bc our cars were locked inside the electric gate + couldnt cook food w/o power Mgmt tried to offer token cash/quick fixes for fundamental flaws, but was just lipstick on a pig.
