Excellent location walkable to restaurants and shopping. Host was helpful. The unit is comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Pools were very nice but we mainly headed to the beach.

Fantastic Place! Close to Everything!

Great Place, close to everything. There is everything you need here. They have beach chairs and coolers, dishes, etc. Joe's place was a pleasure to stay at. Everyone was helpful and super friendly. We rented a jeep so we could travel around the island go to all the different beaches. The apartment was perfectly located to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for opening your home to us!

Very nice community and location

Marques #37 is as described. Very comfortable accommodations. Fully equipped kitchen. 1 TV was not working, which owner has communicated that it will be replaced. Palm Real is an adorable community. There are a lot of regulars in this community who all know each other. Very friendly neighborhood. It is very close to Palm beach, and a short walk across street from 3 great restaurants. Local store for best burgers on island and good breakfast, Bingo's a great place for Dinner, and Linda's Pancakes for breakfast. I would stay here again.

Centrally located

Wonderful group of people at the pool that are regulars here and gave all the information I needed for great places to eat. Found a few on our own that we enjoyed greatly. Walking to the beach and the hotel area was a nice late afternoon walk. The beaches are clean and the whole island is wonderful. Recommendations for others: La Fonda (almost across the street from this complex). A little further was Sultan’s a Lebanese place and further down is Pica’s with delicious food that won’t break the bank- very reasonably priced. Going the opposite direction on the Main Street away from the hotels was Linda’s pancakes which has huge crepes that are delicious. A little further is New Wei Ta’ai that has a $10 meal on Sunday that feeds two or buy two and have dinner another night. We challenged ourselves and walked to Superfoods which has better prices than some markets closer by and much larger selection of items. Now going back towards the hotel area there is a smaller market right before the Wendy’s where they have pretty decent prices too. This place has very friendly people and the whole island is friendly as their motto states-one happy island. They truly take care of their own and is extremely safe. Can’t wait to return but would look for a main floor unit.

Great rental, great area.

6th visit to Aruba and we always rent a unit rathe than hotel it. Palma Real condos is our go to place. First time renting this unit and we could not have been more pleased. Any question I had leading up to my visit was quickly and fully answered by the owner. Upon arriving we were immediately met by check in person and found the unit to be in great condition. Anything and everything we needed for the week was there. Place was very clean and the are is very quiet. About a half mile form Palm Beach area. Easy walk but I recommend a car rental so you can explore the island. The Local Store across the street is the best place on the island for burger and wings. All in all I would highlyu recommend this unit to anyone looking to book.

LOVE ARUBA

the condo was in a great location, 2 pools were nice and the other people in the complex were lovely and friendly. The Marques condo was nice, comfortable and cozy. There was a problem with the living room and guest bedroom A/C but both were replaced during the 2nd week of our stay. Joe gave us an extra day for our troubles, very nice of he and his wife. We would stay there again! We did rent a car because the walk to the beach would have been cumbersome carrying the chairs, towels, etc.

My husband and I stayed at the condo with one other couple and enjoyed our stay. Everything was in well working order when we arrived, key and gate key left for us in the condo. We also enjoyed the pool area and short walk to the hotel area for the ocean, restaurants, and shops. Nice place to enjoy the gorgeous weather of Arbua!

While Aruba is gorgeous and a great island to vacation, we can not recommend staying at this location for the reasons we called the owner about while we were there, and after we returned. The microwave tripped the circuit breaker every time we tried to use it. When you turned the hot water faucet on in either bathroom, no water came out! The DVD player was jammed when we arrived and could not use. The cable tv was disconnected when we arrived and I had to fix it. The toilet flapper was broken and we had to stick our hand in the tank to flush each time. one of the beds had a dip in it. we tried to call the owners listed maintenance person but he was out of the country ( he came the day we were leaving) 2 lights in the bedrooms were blown. Lastly, the owner never left us a security gate tag so we had to wait for the security guard to open and close the gate each time we entered and left the complex. When we returned, he insulted us and said we stole it. We have rented on VRBO many times and never had any issues like this.

Wonderful condo and location

We stayed here, my husband and I, and our two kids (ages 4 and 7) in February of 2016. The condo is great, nice kitchen area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool is perfect, never crowded. The location of the condo is excellent, 5 min from everything. We also loved looking at the lizards out the back window! The Would stay here again when we return to Aruba!

A week in Paradise

As usual another Great week in Paradise.The Property is always a home away from home.Every place we ate had service and food to die for.The Ocean and beaches were pristine.A return trip every six mounths is our goal.To retire in Aruba would be Heaven on Earth.See what you can do about that Thanks Pat

Great Condo!

We had a great time and the Condo was perfect. Everything we needed was there for us. Beautiful grounds and the 24 hour security was a bonus. I never felt threatened or afraid in Aruba but just knowing Security was there was a plus. The Condo was very comfortable Clean and we felt at home. Two large bedrooms with two bathrooms was a bonus. 3 TV's and DVD's available to watch. Air Conditioners in each bedroom and in the living room. Washer and Dryer another bonus. Very convenient location with the Supermarket Kong Fui a two minute walk and the High Rise Hotel area was only a 1/2 mile away. We walked it one night and it was a nice walk. There is Dunkin Donuts, Ceasar Pizza, Wendy's and more just down the road. The two pools were very nice and the four beach chairs were great to have. I recommend renting a car so you can see the Island unless you just want to stay in the High Rise Hotel Area. You can park on a little side street next to the Hyatt Hotel for free. No need to pay in the parking lot across the street. We parked there during the day and at night. We like to travel around the Island. We recommend Arashi beach, Malmok Beach, Mangel Halto Beach for very good snorkeling. The Jolly Pirate Ship tour was fun. Mambo Beach was another great spot on the weekend with live music and food on the beach at night. You will need a four wheel drive vehicle to reach the Natural Pond which we did not do. We had a car and went up to the Light house and down to the dirt road and went to the rocky coast but could not go much further with the car. If you rent a jeep with a family of four or more get a 4 door hard top for comfort, storage and securing valuables when shopping or at the beach. The two door jeeps were no good for a family. I recommend renting a car for the week and turn it in a jeep for the day to go to the Natural Pond. Car is much more comfortable and better on gas. I definately recommend the Condo!

We enjoy it very much ,especially when we leave the cold weather in the US ( winters are tough) in New Jersey…we love to come with our family and friends and sometimes alone

I love my property of the convenience of been close to the beach 🏖 shopping and most popular restaurants but at the same time it’s a very private community with a gate and security, with 2 pools
