Excellent location. Nice house with everything we needed. Fully fenced backyard was very secure for my beagle. Great neighbors. We were so sad to leave.

The host was very nice and accommodating. The house is beautiful and very homey. The Villages has so much to offer live music, great golf, great restaurants and bars. Had so much fun. We will be back.

Comfy Stay

The 19th hold had everything we could possibly need for our month long stay. The home is spacious, clean & comfortable. Also, the response time from Village Valet is quick. We would definitely recommend The 29th Hole & Village Valet!

Short and sweet

We only stayed a week but had a great time. Great location, quiet 2 block neighborhood with no thru traffic.

Yes all was clean and enough linens and kitchen appliances and supplies. Only a few comments once again very few coat hangers we bought more and left them there. Also we notice a full propane gas can stored in garage and we thought that to be an unsafe practice.Our second stay there and will probably use again.

Clean and Comfy

The 19th Hole was a great house for us. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and everything that we needed was there. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The patio out back was great and we enjoyed ending our day out there. You could see the stars so well out there. Our in laws live in The Villages so we would definitely consider renting this house again when we come for a visit.

Spring Break 2024

We decided to check out The Villages since our kids will be off to college in few years. The villa is newer or updated and very clean. The size and layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The neighborhood is nice and a short golf cart ride to Sumpter Square for dinner, Starbucks, music, groceries and light shopping (few boutiques and gift shops). We really enjoyed the size and location of this property. The property could use pool towels; small cooler that’s not on golf cart; cards/games/puzzels/etc; yard games/pickleball paddles, etc. to make it an exceptional property for short term renters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The 19th hole in the Villages

The house was very nice but a little bit cold at times. There didn't seem to be a way to turn off the air conditioner at night. The back yard patio was set up nice but there were an abundance of weeds in the landscape areas.We would have expected that the outside would be groomed as nice as the inside. All in all, it was a nice experience.

We loved the villa, it was very clean and comfortable only a few smaller issues. First there were not any hangers in the closets (we bought several and left them) also the only spices were salt and pepper we thought there would be a bit more stocked (again we bought several and left them). The biggest issue was the TV not able to get live TV programs. Also waiting several refunds that are owed us.

Stay at 19th hole

The location was very good and the property was very nice. This was a new rental so we want to leave some feedback with some minor opportunities for improvement. There was no information for connecting to WiFi. Update your book to include WiFi name and password. Leave some maps of the area (we left some for next tennant). A map of golf cart trails should be left or instructions on obtaining the app. The dining table on the patio should be replaced. It is so rusted no one would want to eat off it and it wobbles.
