Building w / 20 aptos and has ELEVADOR. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony, air cond in the bedrooms, kitchen, microwave and useful appliances, 2 LED TVs, 2 SOFAS-BED, 1 QUEEN DOUBLE, 1 BELICHE and 4 mattresses, windows and balcony. / PROTECTION screens. Environment well ventilated, recently renovated. TERRACE with swimming pool and barbecue on top of the building with partial view to the sea.
(obs. CHURRASQUEIRA additional fee R $ 50,00 and must be scheduled) the release of the pool will be conditioned to a good behavior of conduct, respect and zeal. The conditions of payment and signal to guarantee reservation will be informed at the time of the package price which is related to the number of people and dates (holidays etc). I issue a contract.

Gostei muito do apartamento e do proprietário Marcelo educadíssimo. Tive a infelicidade do zelador não estar pois pelo que fiquei sabendo ele é muito agradável, diferente da senhora que estava cobrindo ele, mas no geral foi perfeito. Fiquei com muito receio em chegar e não encontrar o apartamento pois como todo mineiro sou muito pé atras com tudo mas correu tudo bem e foi ótimo os dias que estivemos lá. Apartamento pertinho da praia e acreditem até café e açúcar tinha no aramário.kkk sou viciada e ele me ganhou aí. Voltarei mais vezes. :) Leila Cal

Ciao a tutti, Per il capodanno di 2016/2017 noi stavamo cercando un apartamento al mare che fosse tranquilo e allo stesso tempo avessi tutto a portata di mano, e devo dire che abbiamo trovato. Nell'apartamento di Marcello nn manca nulla. L'appartamento è vicinissimo al mare e ci sono supermercati, farmacia, è molto centrale. Molto vicino anche allAquario del Guaruja. Consiglio a chiunque cerchi un bella spiaggia e un posto in cui si puo stare davvero bene. è perfetto!!!!!! Moramos em Milão e estavamos procurando o lugar perfeito para passar o reveillon. Não poderiamos ter escolhido um apartamento melhor! O Marcelo é super simpatico e decisivamente muito disponivel, e sempre disposto a ajudar no que for necessario. O apartamento é lindo, pertinho de tudo: supermercados, farmacia, lojas... (temos um filho de 5 anos entao era essencial tambem estar pertissimo da praia) Vale super apena comentar que o porterio, o Sr Cicero é super disponivel para qualquer eventualidade. Tudo que se visualiza nas fotos é real, mas a experiencia vivida com a piscina, a facilidade, beleza e bem estar é impossivel mensurar. Aconselho a qualquer pessoa que decida passar belos e tranquilos dias na praia.

Simplesmente amamos o apartamento, o condomínio, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Marcelo e pelo Sr Cícero. O Marcelo foi muito atencioso conosco, e aceitou nosso cachorrinho de estimação. O apartamento é lindo, novinho, super limpinho e bem cuidado. Reparei que muitos apartamentos não tem grades na janela, o que foi um diferencial porque como levei um cachorro muito pequeno fiquei tranquila em relação a janelas e sacada, então pra quem tem criança é um apartamento muito indicado. É pertinho da praia, do aquário, restaurantes, farmácias e supermercados. O bairro é super tranquilo. Na cozinha tem diversos tipos de utensilio o que facilitou muito. Adoramos o apartamento, e com certeza iremos retornar em breve. Obrigada Marcelo
