A beautiful mid century modern gem in the middle of Indiana farm country. Centrally located between Chicago and Indianapolis, only 40 minutes from Purdue. This beautiful and spacious home is located on a quiet country road only five minute drive into town. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the porch looking out over corn fields, and evenings around the fire pit on the back patio.
The fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and comfortable beds will have you feeling right at home!
The space
The property is part of an old family farmstead. There is fenced in yard in the back, beyond which there are several outbuildings and corn fields as far as the eye can see.
Inside, the house has been fully remodeled. Each bedroom is outfitted with blackout curtains and highly rated mattresses for optimal sleep. One of the bedrooms also includes a dedicated workspace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook and bake to your heart's content! We provide some cooking oils and basic spices to get you started. There are several options available for coffee making, including a Keurig and k-cups, French press, drip coffee maker, milk frother, and flavoring syrups.
There is a sitting room in the front of the house, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail along with rich conversations (bar kit is tucked into the credenza).
The back living room has a big comfy sectional, electric fireplace, large TV, and lots of games and puzzles.
On the back patio you will find a smokeless fire pit and gas grill.
Washer and dryer are in the basement and available to guests staying 3+ nights.

The house is located on a quiet country road, but is only 5 minutes from town. In town there are many restaurants and shops for your convenience. The local grocery store offers grocery delivery to the house.
