- RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. The Studio unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 8. Water and Septic: The unit is on a well and septic system. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.00. 9. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, it may be possible to rebook or reschedule the guests’ reservation – all scenarios are case by case.

Deb and SJ were absolutely wonderful! Very accommodating and always willing to help, especially when we needed a bit of assistance in planning out our weekend stay (restaurants, bars, attractions, etc!) They even brought us up to the beach bar they work at over on beautiful Rose Island - it was beautiful!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted to get off of the beaten path and away from the crowds at the Atlantis/all-inclusive resorts!

Deb and Scott met many years ago in Canada while attending school for hospitality and tourism. They spent 4 years after college living in the Toronto area and made the decision to get married and permanently relocated to the Bahamas to dive into their area of expertise. They spent 3 months back packing around Europe before coming back to settle and help operate a successful day excursion here in the Bahamas. They have one daughter with another one due in 2015 and look forward to meeting each and every person that comes through their door - they understand the importance and value of great hospitality and great service.
