Must climb stairs on 2nd floor. Please Note: This 1852 Historic Evans House is NOT (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act approved. Located Just 1.2 miles away from the TN Walking Horse Celebration. Only 3 blocks from shopping, restaurants and movie theater on the historical Shelbyville square. The Duck River is less than 1 mile with a public boat ramp. 7 miles to Nearest Green Distillery has the worlds longest bar with restaurant. Jack Daniel's Distillery Visitor Center 16 miles, 1 hour south of Nashville.
