Renovated designer cottage in the most desirable location in Culver City near Sony Studios. Charming 1920's 1bed/1bath street facing home with eclectic designer furnishings, dedicated workspace, fiber optic fast wifi, washer/dryer and street facing porch. End the day enjoying the outdoor shared common area with fire pit, artist murals and soaking tubs. On a quiet, cul-se-sac street, you're walking distance to downtown Culver City restaurants and minutes to everything LA has to offer.

The entirely private 1 bedroom, 1 bath front house of a duplex with front porch seating area is your private space.

The entire property has 4 cottages - two in front and two in the garden. The property is large and there is plenty of space for social distancing. The soaking tubs, fire pit and washer/dryer are shared with the other cottages on the property. The bicycles are also shared, but we have many of them and they are always available.

As much or as little as you need. I love to share ideas of places to go and see around Culver City and Los Angeles if you like. I am just 2 minutes away and available by text or phone.

The home is located in downtown Culver City and within walking distance of buzzy restaurants, lively nightlife spots, trendy boutiques, and a movie theatre. Take a stroll to The Museum of Jurassic Technology to explore its eccentric artifacts or walk the Culver Stairs for a view of the City.

The cottage was half of a double house and had some other rental buildings in back of this rental. The courtyard that joined the properties was cute with places to gather together and sit outside. The cottage was homey and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, etc. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet with easy street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an adorable cottage with everything you need, located on a beautiful and peaceful block in the heart of Culver City. The cottage is cozy, chic and comfortable with literally the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve experienced away from home! Hi! I have lived in Culver City my entire life, and love to host new visitors to our charming town in a big city. I am down to earth and love the outdoors. I especially like hiking, yoga and biking along the beach (yes, we have great hiking spots in Los Angeles!). I am a single mom and took my son on his first overseas trip at the age of 2! Now in high school he loves to travel as much as I do. We still live in Culver City and we'd be honored to host you as our guest in our Sunny Cottage Home!

Our family has enjoyed living in each of the different units at one time or another throughout the years. It truly is a special place on a unique street and we'd love to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

Culver City has recently become at hot spot in Los Angeles, and the Cottage is located in the best part of Culver City. Originally built in the 1920's as movie studio housing, the Cottage Triplex has a rich heritage connected to the beginning of "Hollywood's" Golden Age. Each unit is also surrounded by a large beautifully landscaped garden which is unusual for Culver City, especially Los Angeles. And everyone falls in love with the cool ocean breeze we are lucky to have on our side of the street. It generously cools the house creating a relaxing garden oasis in the middle of a creative, bustling vibrant city.
