Powder Peak Pines is a 1,926 square foot 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome at Tamarack Resort that is an ideal gateway to adventure as well as a cozy retreat to relax and reenergize. This fully equipped home has comfortable mountain furnishings with knotty hickory cabinets and granite countertops throughout, high vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows to enjoy beautiful forest views. The well-appointed kitchen will delight those that love to cook and includes a stocked spice rack and a large butcher block island bar, that serves as an entertainment focal point. Unique to this unit is lots of parking! A 70+ foot long driveway provides ample room for multiple vehicles or even a truck with attached ski boat trailer plus another car! The adventurous ones will really appreciate the convenient, short walk, ski in access to the Tamarack Express lift. For those seeking serenity, enjoy the warmth of the wood burning fireplace or relax on one of two large decks, listen to the trickling of the stream on the property and the quiet, rustling of the surrounding trees.
The first-floor entry mud room is equipped with heated floors allowing ski boots and clothes to warm and dry for the next day. An adjacent laundry room is also available to take care of dirty or wet clothes. This first level also has a bedroom with 3 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/ shower- perfect for the kiddos.
Located on the main/second floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, with heated floors, a walk-in shower and a deep soaker tub with a scenic and private view. The spacious third-floor bedroom also has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
