Terrible rental

If you think the pictures of this property make it look like it’s run down, you’re right. It’s very dated, dirty, has bugs and the linens/towels are stained. We left after the first night even though we paid for three. It says there’s AC. There’s only AC mobile units in the bedrooms and they emit a strong odor. I told Gustavo about the bugs and odor. He said he had ant traps he could bring us. There were more than just ants so that wouldn’t help. He also said to just unplug the AC units. That’s not a solution because it’s July!!! He has refused to offer a refund. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this place. Great location but that’s the only redeeming thing about it. You will regret renting this place.
