Host is always available to you, lives in the building, but as much or as little privacy as you would like! Very private and quiet brownstone.

Street parking is available and free, no special requirement to park on our street. It is not difficult to find a parking spot on our street.

The cozy bedroom is located on the second floor.

*we have also 2 aprts on first floor can be rented together to create a fully private 4room/double studio apartment with 2 queen sized double beds and private bathroom in the same building The rooms are private from each other, they are the only rooms on the second floor*.

Please note: pets are not allowed. To accommodate our comfort and the comfort of other guests and maintain a respectful relationship with our next door neighbors .
