Lost and Left-Behind Items Policy

Please note that the host is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items during your stay. However, if our Housekeeping team is able to locate an item that has been left behind, we will gladly return it to you upon receipt of a $65 fee.

This fee covers the cost of shipping as well as the time and resources required to locate and return your item.

To ensure the safe return of your belongings, please contact us as soon as you realize something has been left behind. Thank you for your understanding!

Lister must write lease for rentals exceeding 30 days per the HOA.
