Meticulously Maintained Olde “vintage like “ Naples Home.
We are excited to announce the addition of a newly completely artificial turfed backyard featuring a small putting green.. This Olde Naples 4 BR/3 BA beach home is only 1 block from the pristine sands of the beach. It offers unparalleled access to Naples' finest attractions. Top-rated restaurants, upscale boutiques, and vibrant art galleries are all within walking distance, ensuring that guests can fully experience the best of Naples' high-end lifestyle.

This magnificent retreat offers the perfect combination of an old Naples “cottage”, comfort, and convenience, providing guests with an unforgettable vacation
The complete home has been tastefully furnished and outfitted with lovely linens and everything you’ll need while you stay. This home suffered no damage from any Hurricanes .

The enclosed lanai offers comfortable dining for 8 people plus a living area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in a view of the pool and the lush surroundings of the private backyard

This cottage offers casual open concept living with open great room from the kitchen and another dining table for 8 more people.

The home is updated with comfortable furniture that reflects the easy casual beach lifestyle enjoyed by residents in Naples. Everything is 1-2 years old including dishes, cookware, furniture, areas carpets and kitchen ware as well as fresh new linens and towels .

We take sanitation very seriously and you can expect the same precautions that we employed during Covid. Each bed is sanitized with maximum protection including mattress protectors and extra sheets.

We provide toiletries as well as the basic everyday household supplies.
We pride ourselves in 5 star service and always appreciate great reviews.

If anything at all does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us and we will remedy ASAP. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that use of the swimming pool located on or near the leased premises is strictly at their own risk. Landlord makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety of the pool or surrounding area. Tenant, and any guests or invitees, assume all risk of injury, death, or damage arising from the use of the pool.

Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Landlord, its agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the swimming pool by Tenant or any of Tenant’s guests.

Tenant further agrees to comply with all posted pool rules and understands that no lifeguard is on duty.

Perfect Family “Cottage” near the beach

We loved the cottage near the beach! The close proximity to the beach and to olde Naples shopping/dining areas can’t be beat! The screened in patio and outdoor pool area are wonderful- complete with putting tees and a garage full of beach necessities! We can’t wait to visit next year!

Cozy

We stayed a full week with 4 adults, and 2 children under 4 yrs. It was a perfect, comfortable, well equipped cottage just 3 blocks from the ocean. The salt water pool was perfect for small children and it even had a putting green. Very serene setting in the back yard, loved it.

The house that has it all!

Barbara is an amazing host! She was easy to contact and even put our groceries away for us the day before arrival! The house was very clean and all amenities were new or like new. There was nothing missing! Just bring your clothes and they have the rest! It was a 5min walk to the beach and a 15/20Min walk to 5th ave!

Perfect Vacation Rental!

Great first VRBO experience! From time of booking to departure, the owner provided excellent communication and was helpful with places to go for our first trip to Naples. Very clean and well maintained property, quiet and safe neighborhood, every amenity provided. Highly recommend this property and hoping to return sooner than later!

Private and relaxing

A relaxing few days with friends, with a short walk to the beach and dips in the backyard pool. We lovely the privacy of the yard, the large screened porch and the ability to walk to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. The home is well stocked and filled with thoughtful touches.

Winter Getaway

We stayed 3 weeks and loved every minute of our time in this beautiful home. The location and neighborhood is perfect. Barbara was great to work with and was always quick to respond, when we had a question. In fact, I asked to have the grill serviced since it wasn’t working properly and two days later a brand new grill was delivered to the home. We’ve already referred our friends and also planning a trip next year.

Amazing Trip!

The house was exactly as advertised and Barbara was an incredible host! She tried her best to get us checked in as early as possible and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. Even something as small as the cornhole game pictured missing from the house, she had one ordered and delivered the next day! We had a great time!

Fabulous, amenity-filled home in the perfect location

Six of us stayed in this home over the Christmas holiday and could not have been more pleased. There was plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out--it never felt crowded. The furnishings were new and the home was spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked and cooking for a crowd was easy. Everything you might need for the pool or the beach was also provided--plenty of beach towels, chairs and a cooler. The home also offers several bikes so we took advantage of the proximity to Baker Park and the Greenway to go for a bike ride. The beach, and Naples' stunning sunsets, are a block away. The owners are also accessible and responded promptly to questions we had. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. We will definitely be booking this home for future holidays.

False advertisement

The listing stated newly remodeled, best of everything, no cost speared, the home in person looks like a 20 year old remodel. I emailed owner to voice my concern, they stated they painted and put new appliance when they purchased. (Which I think was 6 years ago) This is not a home remodel; I feel misled and I totally over paid due to advertisement. I am not sure I will ever use Vrbo again due to this. I cleaned the floors ourselves, cracks and loose tile over entire home, dirty and stained furniture, pillows, rips and stains on outdoor and patio furniture. Carpets are torn and ottoman are just old. First time using a service like this, I DO I GET MY MONEY BACK I have all the pictures for verification.

Beware of VRBO and HOST

I was victimized by VRBO. After I booked a trip to Naples, the area came under a Hurricane/Tropical Storm Warning. Due to the dangerous circumstances, I tried to cancel the reservation. The host declined, suggesting I contact VRBO to see if the situation constituted an “extenuating circumstances”. VRBO said the situation did qualify and would contact the owner. VRBO was unable to contact the owner, but never got back to me. When I told the host, she did not respond for over 12 hours (on the day of travel), saying I could not cancel. Not wanting to lose money, I decided to travel to Naples. Driving in a tropical storm - high winds and low visibility - was incredibly dangerous. When I arrived there was water flooding the yards, the pool was filthy and all the pool furniture was not set up. We tried to make the best of our trip, but the house lost power due to the storm the next day. Feeling unsafe, we decided to return to Miami and ask for a refund for the remaining three days. The owner was incredibly rude and lacked basic empathy regarding our experience. At the end, she was only willing to credit one night, not including tax or fees. What was supposed to be an enjoyable family trip to Naples ended up being a nightmare. The fact that VRBO and their hosts do nothing to put their customers first and have no problem endangering them for money is disgraceful. I will never use VRBO again and encourage anyone reading to protect yourself. VRBO and this owner should be ashamed……

Nice and easy!

Barbara was super helpful and responsive to our questions! We had a big mix of play, work, and holiday to accomplish and we knew exactly what to expect. We wished we had more time to enjoy more of the possibilities that the property offers- we will recommend to others.

Fun Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Barbara’s property in beautiful Olde Naples. The house had total privacy and perfect amenities for a family vacation. There was a bicycle for everyone and the babies loved the assortment of toys. We were able to grill out many times and there were ample spaces to dine as a family. The location is perfect, too!

Spectacular!

The home is in one of the most pristine and elegant neighborhoods in the US, a short walk to a great beach, restaurants, and shopping. The accommodations are exactly as advertised, fully equipped with everything you need. Screened patio and outdoor pool area were our favorite spots to hang out but we also took advantage of outdoor grill, generous supply of high quality bicycles and beach gear, as well as the comfortable and equipped kitchen and dining. Beds and rooms were super clean and comfortable as well. Highly recommended!

Charming house just a short walk away from beach

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful neighborhood only a stone's throw away from the beach. Just 5 weeks after hurricane Ian this house was neat and clean with some compromises in the backyard which Barbara had communicated in advance. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had plenty of cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. The communication with Barbara was excellent at any time. We can definetely recommend this house.

Fantastic get away

Barbara was extremely helpful throughout the process. We have a little baby so she helped make the trip easy with all the available baby products. The neighborhood is gorgeous and just a short 1.5 block walk from the beach. We would definitely recommend and come here again.
