Most amazing host ever! This house is beyond incredible! Every detail is thought through! She has the property suited for any guest! Best ever!Front porch is paradise on the lake, not to mention the deck above with outstanding views!Kitchen and dining fit our groups so well! Adorable and accessible

Loved this charming house. So close to Pepin restaurants and activities. Host was very easy to communicate with.

This place is so beautiful and practical! It has everything you need and plenty of space for 8 people. The hot tub was awesome and there was plenty of towels and chairs to sit outside and admire the view. The master bathroom was super cool with a fancy toilet. The kitchen was well appointed with whatever you might need. A very nice laundry set to use on the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and there were nice and soft area rugs and cozy throw blankets to use while you watch TV in the living. The trains across the street were super cool--I felt like we were in a beautiful train set. My daughter and I each said separately that the view of Lake Pepin reminds us of Hawaii!

So perfect! All the amenities thoughtfully provided including quality appliances/cookware/drinkware to towels, snacks, paper products, coffees/teas/creamers, and to top it off — a wonderful hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of seating, inside and outside, and loved the enclosed front porch. Beautiful TV and the master suite was lovely (with a bidet!). The trains did not detract from our enjoyment whatsoever; in fact we liked watching them on both sides of the river. Would love to come back to enjoy your lovely home and wander about the inviting community, beaches, shops and restaurants. Bring your e-bikes!

Highly Recommend

I would stay here again. The property was clean and they thought of everything - candy dishes, coffee/tea bar, all the things you would have at your own house. My favorite was a treat for our dog along with bowls and a blanket for her. Everything was easy. Huge THANK YOU!

Our stay was wonderful! This property is awesome! Mary has thought of everything and makes it so easy being there. It was clean and very beautiful. We sat on the porch for many hours watching the lake, used the hot tub and sat on the upper deck and cooked meals together as a family. The trains go by but they are not loud and we got used to them quickly. It was nice to walk to Marina, bars, coffee shops etc. it was perfect. Thank you!

Best place ever!

This house is amazing! Mary had it all stocked! The beds were so comfortable. I would recommend this house to everyone. Great location- didn’t mind the trains, you get used to them! Mary provides sound machines and extra fans if the sound bothers you. My family and I didn’t want to leave. My son got married down the street and knowing we had a nice safe place to come back after the event was stress free and relaxing! Five stars!!

An absolute oasis!

The Peace of Pepin is in one of the most beautiful locations with an unbeatable view of the river, and the house itself is so lovely you won’t want to leave. Our family has stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, but I’m not sure we’ve ever seen one so well-stocked and thoughtfully laid out. This house had absolutely everything we needed for a peaceful vacation, from the hot tub to the small details like a first aid kit when the toddler had an “owie.”The house was right across the street from a gorgeous little beach, and a short walk from fun restaurants and other stuff to do in Pepin. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous with historic charm and modern updates like a very well-thought-out kitchen with anything you’d need to cook. Mary was such a kind and generous host, and we felt very welcome in her home.

Peace of Pepin was a wonderful place to stay! The home was very clean, the enclosed front porch was our favorite place to sit and relax. We were impressed by the attention to details. The white noise machines in the bedrooms, the diffusers, the coffee bar, phone chargers , etc.. The beds were comfortable and the showers were perfect. This was the perfect place for our family. We enjoyed the trains!
