Chic 2-bedroom corporate apt with riverviews in Downtown Historic Charleston

We do want to gently clarify the location for future travelers. Our condo sits next to Hampton Park, the largest and nicest park on the entire Charleston peninsula, with beautiful gardens, walking trails, and plenty of space to relax. This puts us in the highly sought after peaceful residential neighborhood of Wagener Terrace on the edge of downtown Charleston (not in the busy hotel/traffic core), which many guests specifically appreciate for the calm, peaceful, & safe vibe. Downtown Charleston itself is compact—roughly 1.5 miles wide and 3 miles long—so everything in the historic district is very close. From our location, it's typically just a 5-minute Uber ride (or a pleasant bike/scooter ride) to the main attractions, restaurants, and sites. No car is required, though free on-site parking is available if you choose to have one. We hope you still enjoyed your overall stay in Charleston, and we'd love to welcome you back if you're ever looking for a quiet, well-located base again.
