About Laura Hartman

Summit county is one of our favorite year-round vacation destinations. A great getaway.

I learned to ski at A-Basin when it was cool to ski in jeans (brrr). If you're up for adventure, try Pallavicini in March. There's nothing like skiing A-Basin on the 4th of July and hanging out at the 'beach' afterwards.

Laura Hartman purchased this townhome in 2011

Why Laura Hartman chose Dillon

We chose this townhouse because it is in a quiet neighborhood and has a great location to entertain our friends, family, and guests.

Winter -- Easy to get to our favorite ski areas. - A-basin, Keystone, Breck, and Copper Mtn.

Spring/Summer -- Short walk to the lake for fishing, the bike path is across the street, good hikes nearby. We often ride or bikes to the Dillon ampitheatre to enjoy free concerts, farmers market and festivals. We manage to stop at the Arapahoe Cafe at some point during our bike ride for breakfast or lunch. The Tiki Bar down by the lake is another favorite summer activity.

Year-round -- the Summit Stage bus stop is a block away, making it easy for the kids to get around.

What makes this townhome unique

A wood burning fireplace, patio with BBQ, and a great balcony off one of the master bedroom. The balcony is surrounded by Aspen trees and feels like you're in a tree house. A ski closet is right outside the door.

Clean and Convenient

  • 5 of 5

The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and check-in instructions were great.

We were visiting to ski for a weekend, so we were only in the condo to prepare meals and sleep, it is in a great location for a short drive to several ski areas.

Thanks for the great experience!

We enjoyed a warm and cozy Thanksgiving dinner with our newlywed son and daughter in law.

Located covenient to the free shuttle for access to many area attractions and CME makes travel to and from DIA convenient. The townhouse was comfortable and well appointed for an "at home" feeling while visiting and celebrating Thanksgiving. When we visit Summit County again, we will seek out this property.
