Beautiful view of the ocean!

This was the perfect house for our family of four. Beautiful view and just steps to the beach! We felt like we had our own private beach, very few people around us.

Great location!

The only negative I thing I could say about our stay is that the downstairs rooms stay pretty hot. Every night was pretty restless due to the 72 degree requirement but overall it was a great trip!

Family vacation

House was clean, nice neighborhood. We met one of the property managers, he was dropping off a comforter. He was extremely nice, offered to help carry in our luggage.

Relax and enjoy the view.

The unobstructed ocean views from this property are wonderful. And every bedroom is ocean side, opening up onto a deck. There is also a large deck off of the main living area. And the beach access is directly across from the property making it easy to carry things back and forth to the beach. We did have an issue at check-in with the lock keypad not working. But Ward Realty sent someone out right away with a key for us to use until they could replace the keypad. Ward Realty was also very good all week about communication reminders such as putting out garbage and checkout information. This property is starting to show a little wear and tear, as I'm sure most rental properties do, but overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful vacation spot!

Our family stayed here for a week in April and really enjoyed the beautiful ocean from both balconies! I’ll start with the GOOD that would’ve given it 4 stars if some of the bad hadn’t happened due to some carelessness at check in etc. PROS: 1) wonderful views and the best location right near the beach access! Very little crowds 2) under the house area to wash off and shower for privacy - water pressure was not good in shower nor was the hot water- used hose mainly 3) stairs inside the house and carpet throughout first floor means lot less sand reaches the bedrooms!! 4) balconies on each floor with furniture to lay out (looks newly remodeled) 5) great charter internet speeds! 6) comfy beds 7) VERY spacious on both floors! 8) kitchen equipped with storage containers and dish rags plus the usual items 9) there is a bathroom upstairs with kitchen and living room, so you don’t have to climb stairs for just that! 10) perfectly located near north topsail to sneads ferry and the southern end near surf city and topsail beach! CONS 1) at check in, received text saying ready. Got there and builders still there which was fine to wait for them to leave! The problem was, they left so quickly that they left a few screws in the driveway, screws in odd ends of the entire house, pictures off walls and the biggest issue was a piece of large glass that had been sitting on a vent in the master bedroom I didn’t see until I stepped on the vent and it broke under my foot! I cut my finger a bit picking it up. If my 5 year old had stepped on this we may not have had the same experience!! - note for ward, I’m sure this happens squeezing people in and builders etc, but the cleaners really need to be in there AFTER builders leave. 2) a/c did totally fine with us in April and they have a min of 72 normally, but they allowed us to put it on 70. In summer months, please be aware that I could tell it probably would struggle to keep cool anywhere below 72 with hot hot it got just at 72 degrees !! 3) couch needs pillows upstairs 4) water pressure not great but worked ok for us in showers 5) ***BIG NOTE: staircase on side od the house outside needs to be roped off until it’s replaced! Husband stepped on 2nd step and board flipped off from rotting. We put the board sideways to make sure others see it! 6) tv remotes were a pain to use. Signal bad maybe? Thank you for giving us a wonderful vacation overall!!

Perfect location, beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at Endless Paradise! Perfect location to watch the sunrise and enjoy everything the beach has to offer. We had everything we needed at the property to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We all loved the decks looking out at the ocean!

Great Stay!

My husband & I spent 2 nights here with extended family including 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. 2 double bed and one queen suited us. All bedrooms have views of the ocean, including glorious sunrises! The living space on the second floor(top floor) also has lovely views of the ocean. We spotted a pod of dolphins while enjoying morning coffee on the outside deck.

Beautiful house and great location

Was worried when I first booked the house on North Topsail because I had heard it was more crowded but we were pleasantly surprised! Our house was beautiful and in the perfect location! We had an entire beach area all to ourself everyday. We loved it and will be back!

Great Location, Property, and Hospitality!

Our experience over the Easter 2018 holiday weekend was excellent! The owner of this property is all about going above and beyond to see that all is well during your stay. Southern hospitality at its finest and at a very affordable price! All televisions have been updated and WiFi connection is great! The location is directly behind the dunes and beach, with access very close by! We loved that all bedrooms were on the same floor and we woke up to the views of the ocean. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious, with a large open deck right outside your door! We had the pleasure of meeting Herman (property maintenance), who was very friendly, and even recommended the Riverview Cafe in Snead’s Ferry, which we loved! Five stars to the owner and those that help her to make this experience one that we all will cherish!

pretty nice place

I rented this place without any reviews so I took a chance. It's a pretty nice place. The inside looks like it's newly painted with new carpet and vinyl floors. The bottom level is basically all the bedrooms then the entire top floor is open kitchen and open floor plan with dining and living room. Also they have doors to each bedroom that open up to the porch. The top floor deck is nice. It opens from the living room upstairs and you can basically see the entire beach from it. There's no house in front of this house just a sand dune so basically you're on the beach without it actually saying "beach front." The top deck can see over the sand dune, the bottom deck cannot. There's really only a few things with this place that kept it from being 5 stars. First a note to the owners: please, please, please, update the upstairs living room electronic situation. A 15-20 year old 36 inch JVC tube tv with RCA wires going here and there was like stepping back in time. I brought a streaming box to hook up to the tv through the wifi there but was unable to figure out the incredible radio shack 1980s wiring schematic going on. Only other thing was the deck. Deck is nice but deck screws need to be replaced with new galvanized screws and it needs to be painted. There's a lot of rusty screw heads everywhere and paint chipping. Besides a few things I mentioned above, the place is really nice and basically right on the beach.
