With 2 king beds, 1 twin XL bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, this phenomenal property is perfect for a large family or gathering with friends. Enjoy the fantastic amenities like a private fishing dock, fish cleaning station, gazebo, gas fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. There is a huge deck with outdoor seating and dining overlooking the breathtaking Kenai River. There is a utility room with a freezer and vacuum sealer to take care of your fish during your stay, Experience what Sterling has to offer with a stay at our house. We are less than ten minutes from grocery, gas, and restaurants. Relax by the fire under the gazebo after a great day of fishing!

My husband and I are both lifelong Alaskan’s. We homeschool our six children and love the outdoors and all that Alaska has to offer. Our dream of owning our own piece of property on the Kenai River became a reality in the fall of 2024. We look forward to generations of memories and being able to share this blessing with our family and friends.

The house is on a private and quiet street. There is plenty of parking for family and friends. The huge deck and gazebo are perfect for connecting and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Kenai River.

The house has been completely remodeled and everything in it is brand new. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. There are amazing views of the river from every window.
