This our personal condo and we only manage this 1 unit so we can take care of our guests personally and quickly as we just live down the street. We've been living in Leavenworth for 9 yrs now, and have been visiting here for a lot longer than that, and we just love it, as do our guests. We have 3 kids, chickens, 2 dogs and a cat! We love the outdoors, and is why we moved to Leavenworth. There really is something for everyone and it's fun year-round, it's an amazing place to be. My parents purchased this condo so they have a place to stay when they visit us and their grandbabies, and I take care of everything with the condo for them.
Why Chloe chose Downtown Leavenworth
River's Echo Condo is in the heart of it all! Walk to everything - all the restaurants/shops/wineries/playground/swimming pool/put-put golf - as well as the Black Bird Island beach, and an amazing trail walk along the water, just steps from the condo. All the festivals are just a few feet away and you can see the fireworks perfectly during Ice Fest in January.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
