Very nice and generous apartment in the middle of charming Mediterranean nature

This extremely beautiful and spaciuos three-room apartment lies on a rise near Cefalù, surrounded from the appealing, mediterranean nature. Ideal for guests,who prefer the elevated situation for the cooler air in summer and for the people who like to undertake traveling tours directly from their apartment . The sandy beach of cefalù is to 5 kilometers of distance. From the big terrace you have a wonderful look on Cefalù and with clear view also on the Lipari islands. A big garden surrounds the duplex. The owner lives in the ground floor, he speaks fluently german and if you have some requests he will be always to your disposition.
The villa is surrounded from a garden with palms, olives, and much green. You can relax marvelously on the big terrace and can enjoy the beautiful gaze on that occasion on the gulf of Cefalù or into the hilly surroundings. You can reach the sea by 5 km, the nearest businesses, restaurants and banks are to find in Cefalù.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Cefalu. You will need a car. It is beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. Communication is top notch and I cannot recommend it more highly.

Paradis au-dessus de Cefalù

Il faut travailler pour gagner le paradis (petite route sinueuse) mais le tout en vaut la peine. Des propriétaires d’une grande gentillesse et d’une aussi grande disponibilité, dans un endroit de toute beauté. Un souper sur la terrasse surplombant Cefalù et la mer vaut à lui seul le voyage!

Ferienwohnung von Rita und Pino

Wirklich nette Vermieter, sprechen sehr gut deutsch,ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, eine große und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, gilt auch für die Küche. Die Schlafräume haben professionelle Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Der Blick auf Cefalù ist wirklich toll.

Unbelievable View!

The property is immaculate. Well kept, clean and overall has all the necessities for a great stay. The owners were very cordial and inviting , very helpful. If you love tranquility and beautiful scenery , this is a great place to stay. We spent only 3 days in September but enjoyed every minute of it. Recommend it to anyone, you will not be dissappointed.

Traumferienwohnung

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ebenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, top ausgestattet und die Gartenanlage mit Pool sehr aufwendig und liebevoll angelegt. Man kann sich so unglaublich gut entspannen, dass wir damals beschlossen hatten noch um 1 Woche zu verlängern(insges. dann 2 Wochen), zum Glück war da sie da zufällig noch frei. Wir sind 2015 mit unserem 6 Monate altem Baby zum 1. Mal als kleine Familie in den Urlaub geflogen; der Pool war deswegen ungefährlich, weil unsere Tochter noch nicht mal robben konnte, sondern brav auf einem Handtuch im Pavillon liegen blieb. Die Besitzer waren uns auf Anhieb sehr sympathisch und wir fühlten uns augenblicklich wohl und gut aufgehoben. Von Cefalu und besonders dem Essen möchten wir erst gar nicht ins Schwärmen geraten... Wir kommen definitiv zurück, wenn unsere Kleine etwas älter ist!!!!

Immer wieder schöne Erinnerungen an den Urlaub

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Unterbringung war 1A. Die Vermieterfamilie war so überaus nett, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich, dass wir uns immer wieder sehr gerne an den Urlaub in 2014 zurück erinnern! Leider kommt die Bewertung so spät, dass ich 2014 schon nicht mehr auswählen kann!! Die Anreise verlief problemlos, wenn auch etwas anstrengend beim Thema Mietwagenübergabe am Flughafen. Wir sollten uns kurz vor der Ankunft telefonisch melden, damit man uns auf den Weg zum Anwesen begleiten kann. Das war auf jeden Fall sehr hilfreich, denn auch mit Navigationssystem wäre ich mir nicht sicher gewesen, ob das auf Anhieb geklappt hätte. Endlich angekommen hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt Cefalù. Der zur Ferienwohnung gehörende Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und gepflegt. Insgesamt war das gesamte Anwesen in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand und hat nichts vermissen lassen. Die Küche war mit Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. TV und W-LAN Zugang war perfekt. Für das Grundstück gab es einen Funk-Toröffner und das Auto konnte man im Hof problemlos parken. In der Wohnung lagen Prospekte und Infomaterial für die Freizeitgestaltung aus. Bei Fragen zu speziellen Dingen konnte man aber auch immer die Vermieter ansprechen. Falls wir wieder einmal nach Sizilien reisen sollten, würde ich diese Unterkunft jederzeit als erstes wieder anfragen!!!

Es war einfach fantastisch

Es war für uns eine wunderschöne Woche. Rita und Pino waren sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine perfekte Lage mit Traumblick auf Cefalù. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur empfehlen. Eine Woche ist einfach zu kurz.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben uns bei Rita und Pino sehr wohl gefühlt. Die eingestellten Bilder sagen eigentlich alles. Der Ausblick, einfach - traumhaft!!! Wir wurden von Pino von einem vereinbarten Ort abgeholt - das war gut so, denn alleine hätten wir die Villa Settefrati wohl nicht gefunden. Alles war bestens vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir werden hier sicher mal wieder Urlaub machen. ;o)

Il paradiso terrestre

Mai avrei potuto immaginare che esiste un posto talmente bello dove rilassarsi è dire poco! Ho passato 5 giorni insieme al mio ragazzo completamente immersi in questa dimensione ultraterrena solamente cullati dal rumore dell'acqua e degli uccellini che vengono a bere nella magnifica piscina ! Una vacanza da sogno... La casa è dotata di tutti. I tipi di confort ed è curata nei minimi dettagli ! Per non parlare di Rita e Pino che sono stati splendidi ... Quasi non si sentono pur abitando al primo piano della villa.. Da ritornarci!!!

Delightful, spacious, well appointed apartment

Excellent facilities with wonderful views. We spent lots of time lazing around the pool, which has loungers as well as table and chairs in the shade. Kitchen well equipped as well as a BBQ outside. Drive to the property is along twisting narrow roads, but worth it to be away from the bustle of nearby Cefalu. Rita and Pina perfect hosts - there if you need them, but not intrusive- we loved their homegrown tomatoes and peppers they brought to us , somewhere I would recommend and visit again

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views

Fantastic villa with a beautiful pool and great views over Cefalu. Set in gorgeous gardens. Town is 15 minutes away by car but the drive is via narrow windy roads with steep drops to the side in places. Having said that it was not a problem as there is plenty of parking in Cefalu and we took turns driving and you can always have a drink back at the villa as the patio and the pool area are lovely to sit out on. Villa offers everything you could possibly need and Rita and Pino are extremely friendly and are on hand if you need them. Word of warning: bring insect reppellent as there are a lot of mosquitoes. Air conditioning in bedrooms only, but very efficient. Would definitely recommend this villa. Cefalu very beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants.

Eine wahre Perle hoch in den Hügeln über Cefalu..

Wir haben 10 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Wohnung von Rita und Pino verbracht - und es waren herrliche Tage! Die Wohnung ist fast wie ein eigenes Haus und besitzt eine Traumlage mit 180 Grad Blick auf die Küste vor Cefalu, den man von der großen Terrasse aus oder vom etwas tiefer gelegenen Pool besonders geniessen kann. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit Liebe eingerichtet - untypisch für eine Ferienwohnung! Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dazu ist die Gastfreundschaft von Rita und Pino kaum zu übertreffen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Traumhaft in jeder Beziehung

Wir (ferienhauserfahren) haben selten ein so schönes Anwesen nutzen dürfen, wie das in Cefalu. Es ist deutlich zu spüren, dass die Eigentümer, Rita und Pino, gern an ihre Gäste vermieten. Alles ist geschmackvoll, sehr gepflegt und wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Vielen Dank! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Urlaub zum Genießen

Wir haben uns bei Rita und Pino, unseren äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die bisherigen positiven Bewertungen können wir vollinhaltlich bestätigen. Hinfahren und genießen. Cefalu ist eine entspannte, schöne Stadt. Wir waren mit dem Restaurant "le Chat Noir" sehr zufrieden, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, feine Fischgerichte und umfangreiche Weinkarte.

Spectacular location; beautiful property

I don't think we've ever stayed in a better place in Europe. Spectacular view over Cefalu and the sea; beautiful apartment, which was immaculate and spacious; helpful hosts; and a gorgeous swimming pool. Strongly recommend it.

Welcome to Paradise!!!

Wir sind schon zum zweiten mal in der Villa Settefrati...und das war sicher nicht das letzt mal!!! Traumhafter Ausblick, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, komfortable und blitzsaubere Wohnung, in der Küche alles vorhanden wenn man selbst kochen möchte, oder super Restaurant Tipps von Pino (wir haben vorzüglich gegessen) Die Treppe zum Pool führt durch eine wunderschöne Flora, mit dem Duft von Lavendel!!!

The property was fantastic, meet and exceeded every expectionship. It was spotless. the grounds were beatiful, the pool was keep very clean, nice to lounge around the pool and have a pre-dinner drink The view was spectular. The owners who live below were very gracious and helpful. They did everything to assure that we would enjoy not only Cefalu but, our time in there house. I would definetly recomend this property for anyone who wants a wonderful time in Cefalu

Auch im Winter ein Traumurlaub in Cefalú

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprachen völlig der Wirklichkeit. Das Appartement Villa Settefrati ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick nach Cefalú ist atemberaubend schön. Das Haus, der ganze obere Stock wird vermietet, war sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Die Betten, der Wohnraum und die Bäder sind komfortabel. Die Vermieter Pino und Rita sprechen perfekt deutsch und sind überaus hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Wir fühlten uns familiär aufgenommen. Dieses Feriendomizil können wir nur bestens empfehlen. War es schon zu Weihnachten und Neujahr so angenehm, wie schön muss es erst im Sommer, mit Benützung des Pools, sein. Wir waren sieben Mal im Ristorante Al Porticciolo, darunter auch am Hl. Abend, essen und waren von der Küche und dem Service begeistert. In Cefalú kann man bestens shoppen. Das Angebot ist hervorragend und die Bedienung tadellos. Deshalb : auf nach Cefalú !
