We're sorry this stay left you feeling unheard, and that several parts of the trip you planned for did not come together the way they should have. The concerns you've raised about the pool heating, the kayaks, and the exterior staircase have each been escalated to the team responsible for the home, and the staircase received priority attention. Our guest experience team has also been in direct contact with you regarding the pool heating charge to bring that conversation to a proper close. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
