Picture yourself in this spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath 875 sq. ft. condo which is wonderfully equipped to meet all your vacationing needs.
If you enjoy cooking, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials that you will need to cook up a delicious meal. This would include pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Both Publix and Wal-Mart are within a 10 minute drive of the condo. Store all your drinks and refrigerated goods in our full size fridge. The unit has a kitchen table that comfortably seats four.
Kick up your feet and relax in our cozy living area with a pull out full size sofa bed and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. In the bedroom, we have a king size bed and another flat screen television for the nights you want to watch TV in bed.
Recreation
Be sure not to spend too much time indoors! You and your guests will have a great time using the outdoor swimming pool as well as utilizing the bicycle/walking path on the main road that goes as far as 30 miles to Pensacola.
Fishing is a must! Fish on our private bay pier and catch some delicious dinner for the night. Sunset Harbor has its very own large pavilion equipped with grills and picnic tables to dine on. Being that this condo is located on the Barrier Island, our renters are able to bring their water craft and launch it from the Bay. If you have shopping on your mind, Destin and Pensacola Beach is about 30 minutes away!
Your within just a 5 minutes of walking distance to the emerald green waters of Navarre Beach. Navarre Beach has the most wonderful white Sandy beaches and the most gorgeous beach water that is amazingly clear.
Everyone seems to enjoy themselves whether you are young or old. From walking on the beach to fishing on our private bay pier. Fun and relaxation come hand in hand. Be sure to bring your snorkeling gear, kayak, jet ski' s, boat and something cold to drink. Most importantly be sure to bring your camera to capture the most relaxing vacation you''ll ever have, because there' s no place like Navarre Beach.
