We never got the check in information. Couldn’t get ahold of the property manager by phone or text. Tried for three hours. Finally got ahold of Verbo customer service, they couldn’t get ahold of property manager either. Had to cancel and get refund. Then had to find a hotel. Biggest nightmare I’ve ever had traveling.
