The home was clean, but could use some extra TLC. The carpet in the basement had stains and could use some paint, especially on the staircase. Some fixtures in the bathrooms kept falling off. The yard could also use some cleanup so that guests feel welcomed. The bed sheets were not the best quality, and the pillows were a bit flat.

We came in town for a wedding and the hospitality was amazing. The house was great for me and my family. Great neighborhood, close to a lot of places, and great communication. We were checked on to ensure we didn’t need anything and was given assistance if needed.

Excellent place to stay for a wedding in Denver

Stayed at the location with a group of 9 friends for a wedding. We had a car and the place was conviently close to everything (15-20 min ride max). Place was clean and just as listed.

Celebrated my wedding here couldn’t ask for a more beautiful rental! Host was nice and accommodating even let us have one other guest stay last minute with no extra charge ! Would recommend highly hope to visit again soon

THANK YOU for an amazing stay!! Our stay at this VRBO was stress free, cozy, great location and the host was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. This home was very clean, excellent location to downtown Littleton, quiet neighborhood and stocked with everything we needed. Our daughter got married in Littleton and we decided to make a week vacation and fell in love with Denver. Igor was a FANTASTIC host and we highly recommend his VRBO. Thank you

Great Stay

Igor was great and had everything in order for our visit. We extended family in town for a wedding and the place was perfect. Had 10 adults and it was spacious with a large back yard

This house was a great deal for the price and the rooms. However there are tripping hazards in several areas. the back sliding door is difficult to lock. Bedroom doors stick and are difficult to open and close. There is a no shoe policy in the house but no where to put the shoes when you enter the house. The beds in the basement rooms were uncomfortable to the people who slept there. If a these above items were taking care of it would be a 5 star house.

House is clean and host is responsive

The house was spacious, clean and very well stocked. When the dryer broke, Igor had a repairman and a new one the SAME DAY! Would definitely rent here again.

Accommodations were comfortable, although the basement was very cold. It was very clean and a good location. Neighborhood was very safe and communication was very good. Didn’t mind the nightly rate but all the fees that added up seem very pricey.

Great Family Trip

Our family trip was awesome thanks to this house in Littleton, CO. We had eight adults and the house was exactly as described. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for everyone including the large, well stocked, kitchen. The backyard is big and has plenty of seating. We will make reservations again at this house if we are in Denver again. Igor quickly responded to any of our questions before and during our stay.

Great Location in Littleton

We had an amazing time at this cute place in Littleton. It was ideally located for us close to family and the places we had to go. House was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room for the kids to play downstairs. Backyard was pleasant to enjoy in the summer evening when it finally cooled down after a long day out and about. Street parking is easy to find and the neighborhood is quiet. Great communication from Igor and he followed up immediately to the questions i had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend Igor as a host.

This rental receives my highest rating. The host was very communicative and friendly. It was very close to the wedding in Littleton. Check-in was flawless! We had some food prep to do and I must say that every kitchen tool one could possibly need was there as well as spices! There was even a crockpot and instant pot; although we did not use these. The kitchen easily accommodated our group. There was lots of countertop space for food prep. The host was exceedingly accommodating. The lawyer in our family left her work phone in the house and Igor allowed us to go back in and look for it the day after we moved out. Thankfully, it was found right away and overnighted to D.C. The only suggestion we could make was to have hooks installed on the bathroom doors for towels. It had great laundry facilities. I found the beds comfortable and appreciated the ceiling fans. We enjoyed the private back yard. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Don’t be fooled!

Worst VRBO stay ever! House has a terrible odor! There was no internet. Why they have 2 TV’s is beyond us? We accessed motem there has been NO internet for 2 weeks prior to our stay. 3 of our guests were still working from home for our 4 day stay. Obviously they had to get a hotel. So we only used 2 bedrooms out of 5. Host was worthless! Btw, the house has ginormous spiders! We killed 3! I have pictures. They look like brown recluse.

We stayed here with 5 other family members for a wedding in Littleton. The house was adequate for our needs, and in a great location for all the planned activities in Littleton. The appliances were new and the kitchen had the basics. But the cleaning was less than desirable in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is old and showing its age and could use some upgrades and refurbishing. Igor was very responsive whenever we had a question but for the price, I expected a little more attention to detail.
