Royal Sunset Fishermen's Resort holiday lettings

We stayed at this very nice two bedroom, two and a half bath condo in mid February 2016. We are big fans of Fisherman's Resort having stayed previously and really look forward to coming back each time. We think this resort is wonderfully located a short 15 min walk into town via a gated community street. This condo is centrally located in the complex on the third floor with a large sliding glass door accessing a balcony that provided wonderful views just like the pictures. You look out of the unit onto both the beautiful pool and beach with picture post card like views. It is wonderful to be able to sit outside and soak in the beach view and ocean sounds. The condo is nicely appointed. It has comfortable furniture and tables, a nice flat screen TV with cable. The kitchen has a stove, a new refrigerator and other small appliances which more than sufficed for our morning use - we enjoy eating out most of the time! The two bedrooms had nice beds (Queen lower, King upper) with more than adequate closet space and dressers. A new sofa bed is coming for the living area. The bathrooms were comfortable with showers. (Note: The entire complex had some water issues while we were there that is hopefully remedied now). The second bedroom is up stairs while the other bedroom is on the entry, living room, kitchen level. There is good wifi at the resort. The owner was very good to deal with and has an agent in the local area to assist when necessary. We did pay for an extra cleaning day at mid week. You can chose to use the resort's all inclusive feature which is breakfast and lunch or dinner plus all the drinks you want (soft drinks and booze) for a per day per person fee or just pay a la cart. We think the beach is one of the best we have ever been to - great for long beach walks and the pool is great too. The staff is very friendly and we always enjoy walking into Playa del Carmen in the evening for dinner - its a lovely walk and good exercise with many excellent restaurants to chose. We are sure you will enjoy your stay at this lovely condo and at Fisherman's Resort.
