Ocean Harbour K-21- Located in Islamorada, Florida Keys, Ocean Harbour is our beautiful and luxurious home away from home surrounded by the tropical beauty of the Florida Keys. The location is in the perfect proximity for visiting Key West & Miami. With its exceptional location and gated security, this premium condominium is a haven of paradise. Enjoy this beautifully furnished, second floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1810 square foot condominium. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two twins in the third. There is an allocated ground level parking space and room for guest vehicles. There is a lift to the well-appointed and extremely comfortable apartment with Wi-Fi and TV's. There is a heated pool in the grounds and 2 tennis courts. We have a 30 -35-foot boat slip available for use which is visible from the balcony of the apartment. The draft is 3 - 4 feet. There is also a clubhouse with Internet access and printing facilities and a large TV. In the club house there is also a gym with the usual equipment. There are lots of comfortable places to sit and relax and just take in the view and location. We are also pet friendly accommodation! A lease must be signed, and a refundable deposit must also be paid. The location best suits someone who wants warmth and a thoroughly relaxing time, doing as little or as much as you want. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
