Experience the charm of this beautifully renovated A-Frame retreat, featuring original wood plank walls and a spiral staircase leading to the open loft bedroom. Thoughtfully updated with modern comforts, this cozy escape includes brand-new appliances, fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and equipped with all the amenities you need to make a long or short stay an incredible experience. The main floor offers a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and generous closet space. Upstairs, the open loft is accessed by the signature spiral staircase and features two twin beds, a couch, and a desk. Step outside to enjoy views of a 2-acre pond and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill and Pittsboro. We were honored to be featured in the Summer 2023 Chatham Magazine as a premier destination for visitors to Chatham County.

Why they chose this property
This A-frame restoration has been a passion project and I'm so excited to share its history and charm with others. I found the original builder (now a published author) and was able to learn more about the history of this wonderful house. It is an ideal location only 15 minutes from Chapel Hill and Pittsboro.
What makes this property unique
While located only 15 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill and downtown Pittsboro, the backyard transports you to a serene oasis. The mature trees and 2 acre pond vibrant with ducks and birds offers a peaceful and calm experience. There is also a neighbor rooster who likes to crow!
