This beautifully decorated home-away-from-home is ready for your 7 day + stays!
Located in the prestigious Barnes Plantation community, this home has all the amenities you could desire.
There is a heated pool (yes, even in winter), fitness center, business center and small playground. The best part? You are RIGHT across the street from Red Fern Village.
Step out of the home and take a 2 minute walk and you are right at Wolf Island Oyster Co., Ember Farm to Fire and Gnat's Landing (Live Music). You also have to check out Wine Body and Soul for some great bottles of wines and souvenirs!
You are also a quick 6-7 minute drive to pier village and East Beach.
Inside the home you'll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The primary has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full beds.
The kitchen is fully stocked and contains a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker so you can chose how to make your coffee in the mornings.
There are also games, puzzles, books, frisbees and a whole host of things to keep you entertained inside the home.
Other Items to Note
All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
This home is located on the third floor so you have two flights of stairs to access. There is no elevator.
The individual that books that home must be 25 or older. The person that books the home must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Trailers, Boats, and other commercial vehicles are prohibited on the property. .
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
Pack N Plays are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. There is a stroller at the home for your use.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
No pets. Bringing pets into the home will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Per community rules, the following must be adhered to during your stay. If we receive a complaint about non-compliance, you will be asked to leave without refund.
~Please do not shout the code out across the pool to others.
~Do not give the code to out to anyone other than in your party.
~As a reminder, the pool area is a family atmosphere. Please be considerate of others with language use.
- Music/noise levels are to be reasonable (for you or your group only).
- No glass bottles are to be inside the pool fence.
- No diving at all; No jumping or diving from the waterfall.
- The pool closes at 10pm.
- Other guidelines are posted at the pool on signage.
~Each person using the pool must have a wristband in their possession while in the pool area. Board members, our onsite office manager, and/or a volunteer monitor will be asking. If persons do not have a wristband, they will be asked to leave the pool area until they do.
~There will be a $50 fee assessed for any missing wristbands.
~Due to community rules, no golf carts for this unit.
