Great Stay at Polynesian Gardens

Wonderful property. Everything was as described in the posting. Great location. Perfect outdoor area to enjoy the weather.

Perfect villa

Our family enjoyed this sweet villa and its quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place of respite for our busy family. It had plenty of space, amenities inside and out (the community pool was steps away, perfectly situated in a quiet spot ). The beach is beautiful with many shops within walking distance.

The place was very confortable and clean for our stay ! Will definitely come back ! Beach is 11 min waking distance It’s close by Pool not even 50 feet The place itself has everything Confortable and spacious We really like our stay so far Thank you Roberto

Close to the Pool, Clean House

Location - cleanliness of the house. Pool is located two houses down. Loved the lanai - had breakfast and lunch almost everyday in it.

Wonderful Siesta Key Getaway

This unit was perfect for us. The unit was above grade on cleanliness and is updated across the board. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas had it all. We brought our golf cart with trailer. The driveway had enough space for it all. The management group was responsive for any questions and needs. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. You should have zero reservations about staying here. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Not recommended

This property is well landscaped and central but no Beach access is a definite problem. The unit was clean when we arrived but For many reasons i would definitely not recommend this unit until the owner updates several times. Pay attention to Queen bed not King; one television only as we were told the 2nd one broke a couple weeks ago...not good for 4 people of varied interests, ants in kitchen, rusty terrible bicycles; had to have bbq replaced, door lock is a joke, coffee cups and kitchen items 30 years old, ice machine in fridge broken, and so on it goes. Manager did a nice job with bringing simple necessities when requested that for some reason weren’t in the unit. Pool area ok but smallish and water a little cold; but Intercoastal dock very nice. Would never choose this again.

Thank you for your feedback. We don’t state this property as being beach front, or as having a king bed or more than one TV, so we don’t know how to respond to complaints about things we don’t advertise that the property has. The TV in the living room is smart and new. The queen mattress is comfortable. The BBQ grill and bikes have been replaced with new ones since you stayed. We set some ant traps and they are gone. The lock is electronic and there is nothing wrong with it. We regularly go through the kitchen items and replace things that are worn. This is a nice, decent unit in a popular complex offered at a reasonable price. It’s always best to read any property description thoroughly and look at the photos before booking. Just because this place just wasn’t a good fit for your family doesn’t mean it’s not a nice unit and perfectly suited for someone looking for a detected villa that is a 10 minute walk from the beach. From our conversations, I think you would have preferred a large house directly on the beach. That’s not what this unit is. We otherwise have lots of good reviews. We stand by this unit as being cute and a good fit for 2 - 4 people.

Quiet and Pleasant

We liked the house's homey style, and its size was perfect for 3 of us. The neighbors were quiet and pleasant. Loved the location! Even though it's not within walking distance to the beach (because of the condos across the street), it's real close to everything & feels like you're right in the thick of everything, yet in a quiet alcove that is slightly removed from the noise & traffic.

Siesta Key

Hello, Loretta was wonderful person and company for our mini vacation. We enjoyed our stay at Polynesian Gardens on Siesta Key. Beautiful lush landscape. We loved walking to the pier and watching the birds and the boats. The home was clean and good size. Lovely lania and backyard. Everyone was friendly, pool perfect! Being by the gulf water is so..relaxing! We would stay there again Sincerely, Kathleen

A gem for beach lovers!

This place is a gem for beach lovers. It is perfectly designed for the needs of a family of four. Check-in was seamless. The place was exactly as described - charming. You will love your time at Loretta's place if you are looking for a truly relaxing beach getaway. We used her beach chairs every day. Our kids loved the entertainment options. We went to four different beaches (Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach, Crescent Beach, Lido Key Beach) during our time here and every one of them felt like the best beach. Siesta Key beach is full of life. We witnessed the Drum Circle in action on the Sunday we arrived and it was an awesome welcome party. The public beach access 12 to Crescent Beach is about 0.5 miles away from Loretta's place so we walked approximately 11 minutes to this beach. This was a home away from home for us.

The location and the house was so beautiful and I would and WILL be coming back to book with Loretta. She was quick with responses and food and local suggestions. It was a perfect getaway for much needed R&R. five out of five stars.
