The cabin is in the perfect location a nice walk to downtown and Mt. views. The owners are lovely and helpful. Everything was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back!
The cabin was the perfect spot for our family of 6 to setup home base for visiting Rocky Mountain national park. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is updated and well appointed. Would definitely return.
We've stayed at the cabin a couple of times now and love it. It's comfy, the location is great and the owner is so easy to work with. Plus the history of the cabin makes it extra special.
We had an amazing stay! Wonderful cabin with everything that we needed. We loved hanging out on the patio following a day of hiking in the park. As advertised!
Fantastic cabin for our family to get away. Loved the history and the location. Managers were easy to communicate with and very helpful as we were delayed a day due to weather. Would highly recommend and we would love to stay here again.

Favorite Place to Stay in Estes Park
This was our second time at this property and everything was great for both visits. It's a beautiful historic cabin in a convenient location with an amazing view of Longs Peak. Communication with the owners is always good and very welcoming. We always see elk on or near the cabin -- last time it was a mother elk and her newly born calf; this time it was the "famous" rare piebald elk who visited us!

Wonderful cabin
Highly recommend. The cabin was so cozy. All the essentials. Loved the attention to detail. The owner was very kind and easy to reach. The location was great to Downton Estes, shops, dining and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Delightful cottage in quiet street. Full of character and history but all the modern touches for a lovely stay. Thoughtful extra's within and wildlife out the window each day. Hard not to relax on the patio with the beautiful mountain views. We hope to be back one day!

Great stay - Comfortable and convenient
The cabin is indeed charming with a spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The location is convenient to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. One morning we saw lots of elk, walking right by our front porch. We enjoyed some great hikes in RMNP, as well as browsing in Estes Park. Plus an afternoon at Autumn Gold music festival in Estes Park. It was a great place to stay, the care and personal pride of the owners is obvious and was much appreciated!
We had a great stay at the cabin. The views were wonderful and the location allowed for easy access to the park, restaurants, and grocery store. We opened the living room windows after our long hikes and heard elk bugling every night at dusk. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. We will book again in the future.

Our best vacation rental yet!
We have only positive things to say about our stay in Estes Park at Cross cabin. Clean, cozy, great location and fully equipped! The owner was very responsive to a couple quick questions and we LOVED the views!! Even got to watch 6 DEER run past the bedroom window one morning. Highly recommend this rental and will return again. Thank you Thank you for sharing this home. L & L from Illinois
We had the best time in this beautiful cabin. The owner Leslie was so nice and very helpful. The cabin had that warm and homie feel with everything we needed. We got about 10" of snow the first two days and it was wonderful. We saw mule deer in the yard almost everyday and the views from the cabin are awesome. Nice quiet area of Este Park with easy access to everything. We saw lots of Elk everyday all around the area. Hope to come back one day.
Such a treasure! Amazing stay! Location!! Space!! Amenities!! Walk in and feel at home!!
First off, Leslie (who owns it) is absolutely amazing and has great communication. She truly wants you to have the best time while at the cabin! We had zero issues the entire stay.
Perfect location to be just a quiet jot down the road to the mountains, yet still be able to walk to town. Super safe neighborhood. We saw elk on the road of the cabin, and had lots of little chipmunks to keep the boys (8 and 3) entertained! From the living room and third bedroom is an awesome view of the mountains (without having to see neighbors). There are neighbors close by but we never heard or saw them. Living room is large and oh so comfy and cozy!
There is a LARGE front patio area with a big picnic table and some chairs to relax in while enjoying the view or letting your kiddos climb on the rocks. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was even stocked with extra goodies we weren't expecting. We enjoyed playing board games that were there as well. And the beds are super comfy! The whole place/area is super quiet and made for great sleeping. We went in mid July and having no AC was never an issue. We actually never even had to get out the fans.
Leslie has truly thought of it all and has done so much to make it feel like a home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be back next time we go to Estes!
We loved our stay at this cabin. Great location, and the decor is comfortable and so well done. We found everything we needed. Hope to return next summer!
We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property in Estes Park, CO. The location couldn't have been better. We were minutes from every thing we needed- downtown, Rocky Mountain National Park, grocery store, etc. The house was ideal for our family of 6. Every one slept comfortably, and the accommodations were perfect. We saw lots of wildlife pass by the windows and loved looking out over the rockies.
My Wife and I had been to Estes park many years ago but
this Time we took our Daughter and friend before goes off to College. We all agreed that it was the best time, and staying in this cabin made you feel right at home. We even had two elk that sat at the end of the driveway and mountain views were beautiful. We all can't wait to go back some day.
This cabin is perfectly set-up with everything that you need. Historical cabin in a great location, near downtown and everything you could need in Estes, and fully renovated! Cabin is so very clean and comfortable and was just right for our family of four to enjoy our time ice skating, sledding, and eating at all of our favorite spots. We have stayed at MANY cabins in Estes and I highly recommend this one.

Charming Cabin
You can feel generations of love and care for this place come alive as soon as you step into the cabin. From the detailed wood carvings in the living room to the photos of the cabin across 6 generations... this cabin was charming and perfect in every way! The owners (very thoughtfully) left detailed instructions, notes throughout the house, and guidebooks for local Estes Park attractions/hikes, setting us up for the perfect vacation.
We hiked to Emerald Lake in RMNP, explored downtown Estes Park, toured the Stanley Hotel and wrapped the day up next to the fire playing card games. 10/10 would stay here again.
My son and I stayed here in early January for a Father-Son trip. The place was perfect for us, but could easily have fit our entire family of 5. Great location, nice warm fireplace, and a nice kitchen was a bonus as we like to cook our own meals. RMNP is a great place to visit in the winter.
