Cute little house with great porch! Loved the porch swing. Perfect for visiting Arches National Park. Very comfortable space for our 3-person family and small dog. Would recommend!
The place was clean and the perfect size for my family of 4. My daughters loved sleeping up in the loft! We would definitely come stay here again, Utah was such a different experience for us and this place was perfect for us. I do wish there was a bigger frying pan available but other than that, we had zero complaints!
PS... Thanks for the coffee! ;)

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay, we will see what we can do about a larger frying pan. We do hope to see you again one day.
Safe travels,

What a nice surprise. We enjoyed our quick stay. The park model suited us fine. The upstairs loft has a lower ceiling but, we didn’t need that space. Sitting on the porch with the coffee that was provided was a bonus.
While you are here, check out Sego Canyon. The petroglyphs are easily accessible and AMAZING!

Clean & Cozy
We enjoyed our stay at Ballard RV. The "Tiny House", as our daughter called it, was clean & cozy, with a stocked kitchen and worked well for the four of us. The location was about a 30 minute drive to beautiful Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and the price was more reasonable for us than in Moab. There was a problem the week we were there with the internet service, it was spotty at times. Our son needed to work on an online dual credit class, Jim opened up his office area and allowed our son to sit there, where there was a stronger internet signal, and finish his course work. We thought that was really nice. We would stay again if in the area.
De locatie is op gunstige rij afstand van Arches nationaal park. De airco hield de boel heerlijk koel en we hadden voldoende ruimte in de stacaravan. Het voldeed aan alle verwachtingen.
Clean, quiet, and had everything we needed- pots, pans, towels, soap, and washer and dryer. Easy to find and the perfect distance to get to Arches and Canyonlands, and then head home. Make sure to get groceries before heading there because there isn’t much in Thompson Springs.
Nice quiet cabin away from the hustle and bustle of Moab
My wife and I stayed here with our 9 month old infant. It was a quiet, comfortable cabin not far from Moab. The whole cabin was well appointed from the bedroom, to kitchen, to living room, we had everything we needed. The management was helpful and responded quickly to our many questions before we got there. We found it easily and took no time getting comfortable. Being close to I-70 made it easy to get around southerno Utah and see Arches, Canyon Lands, Bears Ears, and Capitol Reef. We can't wait to come back!
Our stay was very easy. The managers have everything you need on hand and the beds were very comfortable. We don’t spend a lot of time in our accommodations so having the stuff we need to cook good meals and sleep is exactly what we need. For the price you really can’t beat it. The loft is short but our kid was just fine. Lots of pots and pans and all that stuff. Just about 25 minutes longer drive to the parks.
we stayed for one night on 10/23 it was just alright. it’s a little bit of a slum & not the best location either. it’s a tiny mobile home in a trailer park & the upstairs ceilings are a joke, only small children won’t hit their heads while being up there. the place is just old & crappy in general, & the kitchen supplies are jn rough shape. it was the best option for bringing our dog within our budget, & beat another night of camping just to have a shower & a bed!

This property is located in the almost ghost town of Thompson Springs. The description states it is a short loft. This year this property has had the bedding sets replaced, along with a new couch, table and chairs, kitchen pots and pans, and gas cook range. It is not a 5 star hotel but is very neat and clean and we continually get great reviews.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This property provided everything we needed for our stay, including items such as cooking utensils. We would absolutely stay here again.
