** Todos los muebles nuevos se agregaron a cada suite en el hotel Phoenix All Suites West en la playa en Gulf Shores, Alabama. Las amplias mejoras interiores se completaron en diciembre de 2016. **

Ubicada en la popular área de West Beach en Gulf Shores, esta suite de un dormitorio con 1. 5 baños le ofrece fantásticas vistas desde su balcón frente al golfo. Refrésquese en la piscina y camine hacia la playa desde la terraza de la piscina.

Esta suite le ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada y sala de estar independiente. Para su comodidad, una cama king-size se encuentra en el dormitorio privado con baño conectado. Las literas para niños pequeños se encuentran en el pasillo al lado de un medio baño adicional.

We had a great weekend getaway. Great location and easy access to everything!! Would suggest a little dusting but over all clean and comfortable!! Will definitely be back!!

Amazing views and convenient location

The location is very convenient, as it on the beach, but also close to restaurants and stores. The view from the condo is spectacular. The weather was perfect during our stay. We saw several dolphins from our balcony and also from the beach. It was exactly as advertised.

Overall it was a nice stay. There were a few things that didn't work but we could live without it. Ice maker, lamp, safe.

Overall stay was good. We were not informed about the beach restoration going on right in front of our condo. It was noisy and we could not get on the beach.

Just Alright

The condo is alright but everything feels like a tight fit. For example the door to the bedroom and bathrooms open with just enough room. It’s an older complex so you can hear other units easily. We liked having a smart tv and kitchen is appliances are nice!

The worst vacation . Call right after check in about the tv in the bedroom . Call again sat morning and someone came and saw the issue and said they would replace tv in and hours hours and never showed up . Even at checkout time Sunday tv still wasn’t fixed . Just all around bad customer service and bad communication from the owner .. will never rent again from them .

It was rather a disappointing experience - the biggest surprise that place had no coffee, they had a coffee maker, but no coffee in the room . It is also rather small and not very well set up, like there is literally no space in the bathroom to put toiletries for one, leave alone for six. Kitchen supplies are very basic, no wine bottles opener. Also: check in is super late - at 4.00 pm, and check out very early- at 10.00 am. They do ask you to wash the dishes before the check out, and take out the trash. So, why they need 6 hours to clean this tiny place I will never understand. Also please note that they do not provide beach towels. Neither can you take your towels from your bedroom to the beach so we had no towels at the beach. we booked this place for one night only as we were driving through and man was i glad that it was only one night. The bathroom is VERY poorly equipped: not enough soap, shampoo, ect. and very small and comfortable, the water does not drain well and we did not have enough towels for 5. Definitely will not come back. Definitely do not recommended..

Beach vacay

The property itself was very nice but we were not able to get a parking pass untill our check in time at 4 p.m. and the listing states we could arrive earlier that day and use hotel's amenities. And their lady at the front desk was a little less than pleasent when i was trying to ask her about it. She stated the parking pass would be in the room and we could not find it anywhere and i could not be bothered to go back down to the office so we just parked without a pass. Thankfully they didnt boot our car and just left a message in the windsheild!!!!! The parking was mediocre but everything else about the stay was amazing! Thanks so much.

Just OK

The property is in a good location and access to the beach was great. The unit was in OK shape. Bathroom is pretty worn. We didn't have soap or shampoo. There were only two drinkng glasses. No dish soap and only on dishwasher tablet. No coffee or coffee filters (so we bought a pack and left it). It was very windy and we had to listen to a metalic buzzing noise all night - seem to be coming from the HVAC unit (assume the wind blowing across the unit). We were unable to make any adjustments to the temp. I get limiting my range but the control wouldn't allow us to adjust up or down. So overall it was just OK.

Room 1002 Phoenix all suites west.

It was a good stay. There was a few things that I could mention. The couch could use upholstery shampooing. The toilets seats were too small and our bathroom tub floor was stained. Everything else was good. Your staff was very helpful and friendly.
