This spacious one bedroom/ one bathroom unit is perfect for those wanting all types of amenities. The location is perfect as you are in the middle of a very popular and happening area close to Capital Hill in the heart of the Central District. There is a PCC (grocery store), across the street and a cafe and taco spot in the same building. Be amazed by all of the cafes, shops, parks, and walkable areas this location has to offer. There is access to an incredible rooftop, and a community room. Garage dedicated parking is not included but it is reservable at a daily fee.

We stayed here so that my daughter could recover from shoulder surgery - it was a great pick! There were a few miscommunications about the check-in and parking process, but they were resolved quickly. Sebastian quickly responded every time we had a question or concern. The apartment was very nice, clean, building was quiet, and there was a nice neighborhood market right across the street - very convenient.

Super clean, well stocked, exactly like the photos. Found street parking within a few blocks and really liked the proximity to PCC grocery store and local restaurants. Great communication as well for check-in and check-out.
