Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Kindly place all trash in the bin located outside at the front of the house. -Dispose of leftover food and drinks, -Turn off all lights. -Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
Please set air conditioner to 78 with auto fan setting before leaving.
-Do not lock the front door from the handle, only from the outside on the pin pad. -Return any keys to the designated spot. 🔒 Press "Lock" on the door keypad when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking in the home, please - Please keep all windows closed while the air conditioning is on. - When leaving, set the air conditioning to 75°F.
- If you have a pet, clean up after them. Use grill/fire pit in backyard center only. - Don’t open doors with signs. Thanks!
Washer/Dryer Use: - Keep overhead garage door closed at all times, clean lint trap after use. - Don't use/touch anything else in the garage.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was very clean and charming. The fenced back yard was really nice especially since we had our 2 dogs. Also, nice that the back yard backed up to undeveloped land. The host was welcoming and friendly.

Our family of four, along with our dog, had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, including linens, kitchen items, and more, which made our time here both comfortable and convenient. It was an ideal setting for working remotely while also caring for children in a new area. The owner was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and prompt in responding to any questions.
