This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Philadelphia. With a big living room and dining area and fully equipped kitchen with even rice maker, slow cooker and blender beside your coffee bar and full set of table wares. One queen bed and one full bed in two fully equipped bedrooms and one room set up as your office or a 3rd bedroom. Guests will find the accommodations fabulous. The property boasts heating, AC, an iron, and a hair dryer for your convenience. And inhouse washer and dryer. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
There are a lot of places you can visit nearby. In fact, it is just 1.5 miles to the city hall/center. Then the Sport complex, casino and popular FDR park just 10 min away and there are 5 supermarkets within walking distance. A big community park and a free library are just 8 min away by walking. East passyunk restaurant and shopping district is just 10 min by driving. And a lovely brewery bar just in the corner. And the international airport is just 15 minutes away! Very safe, decent and convenient area.
