We have addressed the housekeeping details you mentioned with our cleaning team, including making sure cleaning equipment is completely put away and outdoor areas are properly reset before each arrival. We’re also reviewing the kitchen storage so guests have adequate space for groceries and personal items. We apologize for the confusion surrounding the rental agreement and swim spa fee. The rental agreement is a requirement for the property, and we are reviewing our pre-arrival communication to make sure these requirements and any optional amenity fees are as clear as possible well before check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot control smoking or other activities taking place on neighboring private properties, but we certainly understand how that could have affected your enjoyment of the outdoor space.
