This newly built villa is located in typical central Istria with unbelievable view on Adriatic sea and it’s surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The whitestones used for building of this Villa are coming directly from Istria and are a typical sign of Istria. Villa si located in a calm village Sveti Ivan near Poreč, few steps away from the typical Istrian’s church from 17th century surrounded by a beautiful park.

Anlage 😊 ! Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut! Leider ist Immobilie teilweise in der Ausführung mangelhaft

Ausblick super! Grill Terrasse toll, auch der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön angelegt! Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich sehr komfortabel allerdings würde man sich beim verlangten Preis eine etwas höhere Qualität erwarten! Handwerklich ist die Ausführung kein Meisterwerk! Auch das mobile Wifi ist nicht das Beste, was aber am lokalen Anbieter liegt. Das Fehlen der Fensterläden war ärgerlich aber man gewöhnt sich daran😄! Die Betreuung vor Ort was sehr entgegenkommend und gut. Alles in Allem konnten wir den Urlaub aber sehr genießen.
