Sunny, luxury home retreat within minutes to 4 ski resorts. Best location in quiet neighborhood. Nestled 1 block from the Wasatch Mountain Range and Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Beautiful views of mountains and city lights at night. Easy access to 215

Upper Level : Beautiful mountain home. Floor to ceiling windows, new hardwood floors in open living room with stone gas fireplace and large dining area. Includes sun room with sitting area and breakfast nook. Newly remodeled kitchen, appliances. Island with counter, sink and stools.

Master Suite with King Bed, French doors leading to patio, and SmartTV. Dual sided gas fireplace in master dividing the bedroom from the beautiful marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and glass shower.

Mid Level: Floating Staircase leading to Loft Suite. Living area with new leather couch/chaise, TV, and Kitchenette. Barn Door to bathroom with shower. Spiral Staircase takes you up to enormous Queen Bedroom and sitting area that overlooks the living area below.

Lower Level: Family room with new leather sofa/chaise, loveseat, and chair. TV, games, books, fireplace, and computer desk for additional leisure space. 3 large Queen bedrooms. Double sink bathroom with power shower-head. Laundry room.

The layout is great for couples, groups, and friend-cations.

Loved the area and neighborhood!! Easy access to skiing and the airport!

The property was ideal! Plenty of room for privacy. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen well equipped!! I would go back and it felt like home!

Awesome house near Alta / Snowbird

Really enjoyed our stay at this house nearby Alta and Snowbird. Easy access to town and short drive to some of the best skiing in Utah. Rene was super responsive and very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Desireable ski rental

This house is in a great location for skiing either the Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is a large home, although a bit of an unusual layout, and comfortably fit our group. There are plenty of plates and kitchen tools. Be prepared for a large discrepancy in the quality of the appointments between the 2 master bedrooms and the 3 other bedrooms. For light sleepers, note that the home’s heating system cycles loudly during the night (waking several of us).

Thank you Vivian, It is a huge house and has 3 furnaces for different floor levels. Keep in mind there were 9 guests with Vivian and they had complete control of the heating temperatures. With that many people adjusting the thermostats, I have no idea what was left on or off at night. Sorry Vivian, you never mentioned it previously.

Beautiful, Big House

Easy access to Little Cottonwood Canyon & Big Cottonwood Canyon. I highly recommend this place to those wanting to visit those places. The house is huge & well-kept. The neighborhood is very nice & quiet.

I've traveled most of the world and I love Utah as a home base. It's a best kept secret and there is nothing like taking a ski day when you're practically the only one on the mountain. The hiking and mountain biking during the summer are breathtaking. I like that its quiet, safe and friendly with a little bit of everything.

I chose this area because its a high end neighborhood, quiet and beautiful. It is close to year-round recreation and the views are gorgeous.

One of the closest locations for skiing the Cottonwood Canyon Resorts....Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. Mountain biking, hiking and rock climbing in the canyons as well. Easy access to interstate for all areas.
