Enjoy the spacious comfort of this extensively provisioned home in Far North Dallas near Preston and Frankford. Central location w/ quick access to North Dallas Tollway & George Bush for commute (downtown/Legacy West/airport). Large, bright kitchen opens to living area with comfy sectional couch & 65" HDTV. Designed for month & longer stays. Ideal for families during home renovation projects, insurance repair claims (house damage from water, fire, hail) or extended stay/family visit. Quiet neighborhood in proximity to Bent Tree, North Dallas, West Plano & Addison. Pet-friendly (dogs welcome!) with fenced yard and trails nearby. West Plano ISD schools and close to private schools (TCA, Prestonwood).

Family-Friendly Home w/ 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with walk-in shower (no step access w/ ADA handles on shower wall). Large walk-in closet provide ample room for clothes. The other bedrooms each have queen beds and large closets. The second full bathroom has tub/shower.
Extensively Provisioned Kitchen Opens To Relaxing Living Area:
The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and complete set of kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls etc) for cooking, baking and eating at home. The open concept kitchen flows to a relaxing living are with comfortable sectional to enjoy, read or watch TV.
Fully Furnished and Provisioned:
The house is fully furnished (all beds, premium linens, towels, TVs, couches, chairs, dining table, chairs), completely provisioned (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer), and all services (utilities, Internet, lawn) are included in monthly lease
Pet Friendly - Dogs Welcome:
We love dogs! Big or small. The house is ideal with a fenced backyard. Please send me a message prior to booking to discuss and provide details (I may accept more than 2 dogs). If approved, an additional pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee are required.
Relaxing Patio with Garden and Gas Grill:
Relax with your morning coffee on the patio enjoying the garden greenery. The gas grill will provide a delightful way to cook dinner.
Fast Internet and Smart TVs:
Fast internet WiFi provided. Three smart HDTVs including 65” in living room with streaming capability. The other TVs are 55".
Washer & Dryer in home:
Large capacity washer and dryer in house provides plenty of cleaning ability for your active family.

Supplemental Lease Required:
I exclusively provide stays for 30 nights and longer. As such, a supplemental lease agreement is required. It reinforces the details of the booking and provides additional protection for the stay. The lease will be emailed to you to e-sign after booking. You will need to sign the supplementary lease within 24 hours or the booking may be cancelled.
Pet Addendum & Fee (see note above):
Please message me about your pets (multiple dogs can be accepted). If approved, an additional pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee are required.
Starter Supplies:
A robust and abundant set of paper products (toilet, towels, kleenex) and soap/shampoo/dishwasher soap is provided. Guests will need to replace supplies as needed.
