Sleep Easy, Relax In Comfort
My home is a two bedrooms one bathroom house centrally located between Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town. It is also very close the major highway that leads to Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. This place has the charm and feel of a country setting even though it is less that 15 minutes from the town centers
The property is situated in a gated community with 24 security. The neighborhood is quiet and very relaxing with friendly residents who are very welcoming
Guests have access to all community amenities which includes Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, soccer Field, Jogging Track and Kiddies Park.
Outside the community guests can visit the nearby Caymanas Golf Club, take a mile and a half ride to a river, which is known for its mineral properties or just go on a nature walk.
Public transportation is readily available to take you anywhere you wish to visit.

This was an incredible experience as I've been to Jamaica several times but this the 1st time I've been to Kingston area
I have a few units I rent on VRBO as well So I am familiar with the Process
This was an A plus experienceIn, Richie the owner went above and beyond taking care of our needs.

Amazing accommodations and a great host.
Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in through out my travels. The home very very clean with any and all supplies you will ever need. Upon arrival is was greeted with a variety of snacks cool refreshments in the fridge not to mention a nice mini bar in the cabinets. Soap shampoo and conditioner is provided as well as fresh towels and linens. This house is also a smart home controlled by Alexa. All appliances are modern and well maintained. Richie is phenomenal host always on call and available. I highly recommend his home for your vacation. I definitely will be returning.

Chilling in the Caracas Courts
Richie the owner provided the home clean , very clean and updated .. also provided complimentary snacks ,water with assorted beers and sodas . Filled ice trays always a superb plus in my book . Home is very Tech savvy speak to Alexa and mek her do all the work for you ..Rich always responds in a timely manner , clean towels and linens abound ..Overall i highly recommend this rental . Only drawbacks is this location is about 40 mins from Manley Airport, so give yourself lots of time to make your flight home . Thanks Richie see you again soon .
