This was my first time booking thru VRBO for a large group (16). The communication with host made it 1,000 times less stressful. Very accomodating with everything and crystal clear instructions on navigating to/in/and around home. House has anything you could think of or need for a getaway. Views were amazing!!!! Would definitely stay again.

Great overall property. Great access to Antelope Point Marina and Walmart just off of Haul Road. We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Adria was very gracious to let our group move in last minute after our houseboat had to be taken out of the water. Both homes worked out perfectly for us, including our 2 labs. She was very willing to make accommodations just for us which really helped the moral of our troops. The houses were clean, plenty of room for everyone. The cul-de-sac where the houses are was very quiet and great for the little kids. There was plenty of parking for our 6 vehicles. We loved it.

Page Stay

I rented two houses and they were both stocked with everything that we needed and were comfortable. The location was ideal for boating at Lake Powell.

Outdoor patio space to watch the sunrise/sunset.

We rented two homes right next to each other so our group could stay close together. We had just finished a week of backpacking from Navajo Mountain to Rainbow bridge. The homes were great place to rest and recover. Plenty of hot water for showers, outdoor patio space to watch the sunrise/sunset. Great kitchens with everything we needed. Only a few minute drive to all the restaurants in Page.

excellent place to stay

we were a group of 15 people and didn't want to stay in a motel. we rented two houses side by side. It was exactly what we needed. The homes were clean and fully stocked and Adria the owner is a pleasure to work with. We look forward to coming here again the next time we visit Lake Powell.

These two homes were a perfect fit for our large family. Clean, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, great communication. This host wants to make sure you have everything you need in order to get the most out of your stay. Highly recommended!

Great location near Lake Powell!

We had a total of 10 people stay at the two homes, Antelope Canyon and Vermillion Cliffs. We mostly cooked and hung out in the bigger home, which was great. These houses were probably THE BEST STOCKED houses we've ever stayed in, and we've been doing yearly family vacations (three families from three different states) for 23 years. We took great excursions to Lower Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park, Lake Powell and Monument National Park. Our only wish was that we were just a little bit closer to the lake. The property manager was great - good communication, clear directions, easy check-out, etc! Highly recommend these two side-by-side houses for a fabulous Lake Powell (and area) experience!

Very good experience

The location is perfect! Only minutes to the stores and our Antelope tour office, yet it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Walking out in the morning it’s a beautiful view with morning sunshine. Rooms are clean, perfect for us six couples. Kitchen has all we needed and plenty of coffee and tea. Washer and dryer were in great condition. The manager is very helpful, sending reminds and answering immediately. Overall, it’s a very pleasant stay for all of us.

Our favorite was sitting on the patio sipping our coffee and enjoying the cool morning air. Highly recommend.

These two houses were so perfect for a vacation with four families. We loved every detail about staying there. The shower head is high up and also detachable. Everything was clearly labeled. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The shared spaces were perfect for hanging out. Our favorite was sitting on the patio sipping our coffee and enjoying the cool morning air. Highly recommend. Completely wonderful experience.

Best host ever!

We stayed in both homes for one night prior to going on Lake Powell for a week. Our family was traveling and meeting in Page. Because of the uncertainty of the lake water levels this year, we were hesitant to commit. Adria was fantastic to work with. She is a kind and caring communicator, going above and beyond. We will stay here again.

Antelope Canyon House and Vermillion House

My family rented these two houses for our biennial family get together. The houses are in new condition on a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. THe houses are furnished beautifully and ALL kitchen is there for you. There are games, interesting reading library and information about local attractions. The owner/manager is nearby and most helpful with area information about the area and household management. 10 stars out of five.!!!

Very well stocked with all the little things that made it so convenient

Adria’s two houses were a great landing spot in Page. Very well stocked with all the little things that made it so convenient - kitchen items cooking supplies and laundry and trash bags and sleeping pads and towels and TP - etc etc. Tons of great off street parking. Everything worked well. Check in was super easy and response time was so fast. Just a note - there was no grass, but front patios with tables and chairs and bbq grills were nice. We came with literally two days notice and everything was clean and ready and it was great. Thank you! Great experience. Thank you so much.

Every amenity you could think of they had.

Beautiful homes conveniently located. Tons of parking for your JetSki‘s, boat, and your personal cars! Stocked kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, great barbecue with propane, plenty of towels, extra bedding, extra pillows, and comfortable beds! Every amenity you could think of they had. I highly recommend their two homes!

We really enjoyed our time at Lake Powell, and because we were new to the area, this was the perfect house and location for us to explore. The owner was super helpful and was willing to share lots of great tips and information to make the trip even better. Really the only "complaint" was the floors were dirty when we arrived, and one of the bedrooms is described as having two king beds and one sofa. But it actually has one king and one sofa. However we fit and slept well (there were 18 of us), we just had to arrange a little differently than planned. The homes were well equipped with supplies and kitchen needs. Thanks again to the owners!

就用中文吧！可以给中国朋友对这个群更清晰的评价和建议。这是两栋合在一起的房子，房型和装修都差不多。每间房子有三间房，一间主卧，一间次卧，一间上下铺。根据舒适度，可以保证6张床位。另一间房子有三个房间，有六张床。我们一共住了10个人，一个睡沙发。房东确认后会发很多提醒邮件，各种提醒和介绍周边景点和房间。我们住了两天，在这里度过了元宵节。我们用的是厨房，很棒，用具够用，很好用，床很舒服干净，还有专门的洗衣房，洗衣机+烘干机，很好，我们出去玩了10天，正好在这里洗衣服。这房子离各个景点都很近，买东西也方便，但前提是有车。羚羊峡谷和鲍威尔湖很酷，马蹄湾也在附近。在沃尔玛购买牛排并在这里烹饪是一种真正的享受。简而言之，来Peggy，住在B&B。这里景点很多，可以多住两天。如果人多，这是一个非常好的选择！
