Ocean view condo in Cocoa Beach with balcony overlooking the ocean, direct beach access, swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and one-car enclosed garage. Second floor unit right next to the elevator!
We have been rated on the other popular service as "Super Hosts" consistently for the past 12 years at our house in Pennsylvania countryside.

THIRTY NIGHT MINIMUM RESERVATION.
Winter (Dec. 1-Apr 30) the minimum reservation is NINETY NIGHTS.

Gorgeous light floods the living spaces and ocean breezes invigorate the senses on our wrap-around lanai.

The condo is right in the middle of the best of Cocoa Beach. Shopping is within walking distance.

There is a great bike path down A1A, as well as the beach for riding. We have a bus stop right on A1A if you'd like to use public transit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
