Santiago vacation rentals

Wasn’t really an invasion, but we had an awesome first two days with a group of 8 howlers camped out in the trees right above the casita.This is truly a wonderful spot, and a great place to base out of when exploring zuma and the nicoya peninsula. Starting every day with a short hike down to the falls is amazing!

Our stay at this beautiful property was absolutely spectacular! The pictures accurately depict exactly how everything looks. The location is in close proximity to the beach and town area which was very convenient. The sunrise and sunset views from different areas of the property were outstanding. The home, outside area and pool were clean and inviting, honestly we did not want to leave! The host helped connect us with a private chef to come and cook one evening and it was the best meal we had the entire trip hands down. We saw howler monkeys and all different species of birds on the property which was really cool. We would definitely stay again if we have the pleasure of coming back to Santa Teresa!

Un lugar mágico, bello, donde el confort y la tranquilidad son sus mejores aliados. Vivimos una experiencia increíble, disfrutamos muchísimo. Un excelente servicio en todas las áreas. Amabilidad, muy buena atención, simpatía y calidez humana. Les recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse, solos, pareja o en familia.

Hit the jackpot with this dream rental. Beautiful location and accommodation. I felt like I was in a design magazine, from the landscape to the interior, beautiful and inspiring. Private and quiet, room perfect for alone time and work BUT also option communal area to meet like minded people. Very nice staff, helpful and warm personnel. I have already rebooked for my next trip!

Ivan’s house was just as described. You open the front gate and you’re on the beach. You don’t need a car if you want to hang around town or go to the beach. Stores and restaurants are a very short walking distance. Zuma tours is on the same property so tours are a no brainer if you want to book a trip to Tortuga island or something else fun. There is a hostel next door but we were pleasantly surprised by how little noise there was. The air conditioned bedrooms were much appreciated because it was very hot. We enjoyed drinking wine on the porch hammocks with the roar of the ocean and a stunning view.

From the moment I booked Colina Grande, the process of coordinating dinners and activities with the concierge, to the execution of everything was seamless. Would book again in a heartbeat! Everybody had and awesome trip. 🤗

Awesome cozy property with large rooms and a minute walk to straight to the sand!

This home was everything any traveler would ever wish for! The hospitality, accommodations and property were unlike any other I have ever seen. Between the beautiful pool, amazing views and jungle wildlife, there was no reason to leave this astounding compound. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to immerse themselves in all that Costa Rica has to offer!!
