Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please collect any used towels, washcloths and place in provided hamper in the bathroom closet.
Please dispose of any trash and place in the trash can located in the back of the rear yard.
Please ensure that all lights and appliances are turned off and lock all doors and windows. Follow the check-in instructions provided to set the alarm and lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The home is located in a historic residential district. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 11pm-7am.
No parties are allowed. If additional guests are entering the property without notice, you will be charged for additional guests.

We loved everything about our stay here! The house was beautifully decorated and fit the charm. It was so nice to be supplied with several items you don’t normally get, such as Nespresso pods and laundry supplies. Highly recommend!
