Einzigartig für 8 Personen

Das Beste im Vergleich zu bisherigen Erfahrungen in Häusern und Hotels für Grossfamilien (8 Personen): 1. Architektur: Zweckmässig, grosszügig innen und aussen. Acht Personen schlafen in vier gut ausgerüsteten Räumen. Ein Raum hat Suitencharakter (die Eltern sind dankbar) mit grosszügigem Bad. Dazu hat es weitere drei Bäder, zwei davon auch mit Dusche. Sensationell: Die Ausleuchtung innen und aussen. So viel klares und schönes Licht haben wir noch nie erlebt. Küche und Essbereiche sind so grosszügig, dass wir an Weihnachten problemlos 5 Besucher empfangen und miteinander feiern konnten. 2. Pool und Unterhalt: Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind ideal für die Unterbrechung des Sonnenbads. Alles ist von guter Qualität (von Bett über Küche bis Aussenmöbel) und wird von einem täglich (je ca. 20 Minuten) auftauchenden, sehr freundlichen und talentierten Poolboy bestens betreut. 3. Gut geschützt mitten im Leben: Das Grundstück ist durch schöne weisse Mauern gesichert. Die Nachbarn sind lebensfroh und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr zu Hause und wagt auch in der Nacht mal, Lieblingslieder zu hören und mitzusingen. Der Ort wirkt tourismusfrei (ausser Einheimische), bietet aber alles für den täglichen Bedarf. 4. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Man fühlt sich als Ihr Gast und nicht als Kunde.

Um feriado inesquecível com minha familia

Primeiro faço destaque a forma bastante prestativa e receptiva de Raimunda ao me receber antes da data prevista apenas com o objetivo de me certificar in loco do imóvel, das condições e vizinhança, prática que sempre utilizo nas minha locações de temporada. Em segundo lugar as minhas expectativas nos 5 dias foram superadas pelas acomodações, infraestrutura e recursos oferecidos e por último o local é digno de se conhecer com um mar tranquilo em seus arrecifes e de beleza ímpar. Parabéns aos proprietários por nos oferecer o seu patrimônio e nos deixar com um gosto de quero mais.

Depositamos na casa da Sra. Raimunda toda a nossa confiança de que seriam dias felizes. Não imaginávamos que seriam dias surreais, incríveis. Cada ambiente, cada organização e estrutura do local, fizeram da nossa estadia um carnaval alegre, em família, com muito amor transbordando. Com certeza faremos questão de ir mais vezes curtir cada momento. Ambientes muito bem distribuídos, casa extremamente organizada, comércio próximo para suprir todas as necessidades emergenciais, além de uma atenção privilegiada de D. Raimunda. Gostaria de agradecer a proprietária do imóvel, Sra. Raimunda, é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e simpática, nos recebeu pessoalmente no dia em que chegamos e foi se despedir no dia em que saímos. O imóvel é MARAVILHOSO, muito bem decorado e imobiliado, super arejado e com uma iluminação maravilhosa, quartos super confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho impecável, cozinha muito bem equipada e possui uma área de laser muito bem cuidada, com mesa/guarda sol/ cadeiras, cadeira para tomar sol, rede, churrasqueira e uma piscina maravilhosa e limpa. No período em que estivemos no imóvel (06/01/2020 a 25/01/2020), contratamos os serviços a Sra. Bete, sempre nos tratou com muito carinho, ela é uma pessoa muito boa, organizada, honesta e que cozinha maravilhosamente bem. Por fim gostaria de agradecer novamente a Sra. Raimunda e a Bete, e se tudo der certo ano que vem estaremos ai novamente. Muito Obrigado.
