Cute Boathouse Cottage (Bottom floor) with lake views on Pemaquid Lake
This cottage has been upgraded to be a year-round rental. It has a fully functioning kitchen, one 3/4 bath with a shower and 2 bedrooms that accommodate 4, plus a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The cozy living room is a perfect spot to read a book or catch up on your favorite TV shows. The cottage is equipped with a monitor heater fueled by propane. The wood stove can be used for heat, if necessary, with firewood provided. Cable TV is available. Maximum occupancy is 5.

Lakehurst has been in operation as a family business on the coast of Maine since the early 1920’s. After a brief period as “Camp Pemaquid”, a boys’ summer camp, the original cottages were converted into all-seasonal rentals for those seeking a lakeside retreat. The property has been in the Pinkham family for over 4 generations. Today, Dan and Ann Pinkham, along with their sons Dan Jr., Jon, and Josh, own and operate Lakehurst Properties LLC.
