✔️ We’d like to set your expectations that the heated pool temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather
✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.
✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.
✔️ To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we perform weekly pest control to keep no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects to a minimum. Florida’s warm, tropical environment can occasionally attract pests, but rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing. We’re thrilled to host you and can’t wait for you to create wonderful memories here!
