Cette maison jumelée sur 2 niveaux récemment rénovée, située dans la vieille ville vous fera vous sentir chez vous. Vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied du célèbre palais de Dioclétien, de la belle plage de sable et des bars les plus populaires.

L'appartement est vraiment spécial car il est sur deux étages, entièrement rénové et bien équipé. La cuisine et le salon (rez-de-chaussée) vous propose une table à manger, un canapé-lit (pour 1 personne supplémentaire, ou peut-être 2 enfants), TV, Wifi, climatisation, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, micro-ondes, cafetière, cuisinière, fer à repasser .. .

Excellent place to stay at while visiting Split!

This property is very close to the city center (less than 5 min walking) and Frane is a great host. The neighborhood is reallly good as well!

A short trip

I was only staying in Split for a few days and the location was great for walking around. The grocery store is close by and it was a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. Frane was also a great help!

Second year to stay here, and wonderful as usual. The apartment was spotless and so well appointed. Great quiet street just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Looking forward to going back next year!

Small but mighty

Has everything you need very thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. Decor is very nice. The host was very accommodating and set up a second bed for us with no advance notice and communication was clear. Host provided a map and an orientation to the area - very helpful

Lovely apartment with a great location!

This is a very clean and well maintained apartment (perfect for one or two people). The location is excellent! It’s in walking distance from the ferry port, bus station, beaches, historical sites, and a huge open air market!

Great location

If your looking for a place close to the action but privacy is important as well this is it. Frame is easy to work with and took allot of his time with us on a late check in to explain not only his apartment but also what to do while in Split. Great stay!

Nice spot for exploring Split

This was a nice base for a couple days of exploring the center of Split. We were only a 5 minute walk from most of the main things. The property was clean and the host was gracious to give us recommendations around the city and some snacks and drinks upon arrival.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful apartment in split It was around 8 minutes walk from the old town city center. What a convenient spot. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Frane was so polite and attentive. He set up the pull out bed for us. And he had fruit and drinks for us. He throught of everything to make his gusts happy and comfortable I am so happy we found this apartment.Thank you for making our stay stress free.

Great Property and Host

The property couldn't be in a better location. Just minutes and walking distance to so many things you'll be doing in Split. Frane was also a great host, with great communication and fast responses. The property is clean and well stocked. If I ever come back to Split I'll try to stay at Frane's place again.

Americans first time in croatia

This property was well designed, convenient, and had a great location. It is a quick and easy and beautiful walk to the palace. The first night we ate at a great restaurant recommended by the host that was a 5 minute walk away. The other days we checked out the palace and the solin ruins, and got groceries at the local green market and made ourselves dinners. The place was well equipped for cooking and we quite enjoyed our stay!

I also have a soft spot for winter and, oddly enough, for organizing things in Excel! I’m always happy to help guests discover the best of Split and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of the oldest and most authentic parts of Split. The narrow stone streets, traditional houses, and peaceful pedestrian atmosphere give it a special charm. Everything is within walking distance — the Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva promenade, local cafés, and markets. It’s the perfect mix of history, local life, and convenience.

This charming apartment is located in a building over 100 years old, inherited from my grandfather, also named Frane, giving it a personal and historic touch. Situated in a calm pedestrian zone and just a short walk from the old town, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Across two levels, the apartment includes all essentials for a relaxing stay.
