9 PRIVATE DRIVE is situated on a large corner lot in the desirable Summer Place community. It features a spacious and inviting 5-bedroom, 5-bath beach home perfect for family vacations. Just a short walk from the ocean, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience with private bathrooms for every bedroom and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The first floor features two bedrooms—the first with a king bed and the second with a queen—each offering an attached full bath with a shower-only layout. Upstairs, guests will find another queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two double beds, both also featuring private full baths with showers only. A third upstairs bedroom includes two additional double beds and a full bath with a shower/tub combination, providing extra versatility for families with children.

The home features a kitchen with modern appliances and thoughtful conveniences, including a Keurig and brewstation, blender, and large seafood pot., crock pot and food processor. Additional amenities include keyless entry, a washer and dryer, central heating and air, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For entertainment, the home offers six Smart TVs with Youtube TV in the living area and in each bedroom -- ready for streaming with your own accounts for extras such as Netflix/Hulu etc.

Relax and take in the beautiful coastal surroundings that embrace the home. With convenient access to the community pool, you can enjoy a refreshing swim or a quick dip to cool off anytime you choose. The beach is just a short walk away, ideal for peaceful shoreline strolls and for taking in the stunning sunsets that Ocean Isle Beach is famous for. The home also boats a beautiful fenced in back yard.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

a great family vacation

The house was very comfortable and sufficient for our family of 14 including 5 children under 7. We loved the screened in porch and the room under the house. The proximity to the pool and beach is a big plus for our family.

Great House!

We had a great stay - wonderful neighborhood and this house was not far to the walkway to the beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything that you would need to cook! We were amazed! Definitely will stay here again our next trip to Ocean Isle!

Great family home!

This was our 34th year coming to OIB and as our group continues to grow, we need more houses. We love Summer Place and this home was perfect for our group of 10 adults, a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Plenty of bedroom space, living area and multiple outdoor areas! A very short walk to the beach as well!

Wonderful home!

This home is very well stocked. We had all of the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. that we needed. The linens were plentiful and the extra blankets were so great to have. The proximity to the beach is perfect! We could come and go to the beach very easily and it was great to have a pool right across the street. We had a great time and highly recommend this house for your stay in OIB.

This is a lovely house with 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms (one with each bedroom!) Hair dryer and TV in each as well. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very comfortable and close access to the beach and pool. Perfect!

Great location and safe

We were surprised with our Vrbo houses location in relation to the pool and the beach. 200 ft to the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. What I especially liked about the Summer Place neighbor hood is it’s safety. Not on a thoroughfare, but rather in a closed neighborhood without the traffic problems. The owner was very responsive to any problems we had during our stay

Great Escape

This was a family trip of celebration and unwind from every thing. We were certainly able to do it here. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. Except for the trips to get groceries everyone was happily to stay put everything Short walk to the beach and pool. And on those few occasions of rain showers there was plenty of games and books to enjoy.

Perfect family vacation

Very pleased with the house and amenities...kitchen could use a few more storage containers. Owner was very quick to respond to a couple of questions after our arrival. I thought this was a 2nd row house, but more of a 3rd row (my mistake) so the walk to the beach was longer than I expected. Would definitely rent again if I were in better shape...lol!

Great choice for a family vacation

We really enjoyed this house. From the owner, who was very interactive and cooperative, to the proximity to the beach and pool, to the size of the rooms, we really enjoyed our stay. We fell in love with Ocean Isle Beach. Only oddity, and NOT a negative, was having to put the linens on the beds ourselves. This might be normal for OIB homes or due to the pandemic. Everything was great though. Highly recommend Goin’ Coastal!

Good house and for the right price

We stayed over 4th of July in which I thought was a steal of a price. The house is pretty much all bedrooms which come with their own baths which is nice. The living room and kitchen are small so if you have a lot of people and kids you can find yourself tripping over each other but that is a small inconvenience. The house is very neat and clean and is right across the street from the public access. There are a lot of stairs to get up there but that is not uncommon for a beach house due to its location to the beach and possible storms. My family all enjoyed it and all said they would stay there again. The owners were very responsive and do not mind a phone call if something is amiss and have their management company there within an hour. Overall great house and a great stay. Recommend anyone staying there to rent a golf cart to get around the island as it is much easier than a car.
