The apartment is in the Rosengarten house, approx. 8 minutes on foot to the Rotmaincenter (our large shopping center). Here you can cross the bridge directly into the pedestrian zone. The house is nicely renovated and has central heating, balconies, good windows, laminate floors, doors with rubber seals etc. Good wifi free for all guests. On request, you can also grill at the sauna house. Wooden benches are already set up here.
Very good bakery c. a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment. For the Maisels beer tour c. a 5 minute walk. It is a functional standard apartment to feel good without much frills, but air-conditioned with a balcony in a good location. Parking free of charge in the public parking lots in front of the house.
